Diese Villa mit Meerblick ist auf drei Ebenen mit Wand-zu-Wand- und raumhohen Glastüreinheiten auf der Hauptebene (Küche / Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer) und der unteren Ebene konzipiert, um die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool zu maximieren. Bodenbeläge auf allen Ebenen sind Keramikfliesen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben Teppichboden. Dieses Gerät ist komplett modernisiert und mit Designermöbeln ausgestattet, um eine gehobene und luxuriöse Erfahrung zu bieten.

Die Hauptwohnebene bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit reichen Holzschränken, Granit, allen Edelstahlgeräten (einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle) und ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Die bequemen Möbel im angrenzenden Wohnbereich bieten den idealen Ort, um Ihre Lieblingsshows oder -filme auf dem 32-Zoll-LCD-TV zu sehen. Nehmen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf den Balkon vor dem Wohn- / Essbereich. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräusche des Ozeans zu genießen.

Auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei Hauptschlafzimmer. Jedes verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen LCD-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche - ein Bad verfügt zudem über eine separate Badewanne. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene des Familienzimmers. Ein Bad im Eingangsbereich dient diesem Schlafzimmer. Die drei Bäder wurden komplett neu gestaltet und mit neuen Sanitärinstallationen, Armaturen, Beleuchtung, Schränken und Keramikfliesen sowie Duschen ausgestattet.

Waschküche mit Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. Das Familienzimmer ist ein zweiter Treffpunkt zum Fernsehen oder Spielen. Mit DVD-Playern und iPod-Dockingstation sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Ein Queen-Schlafsofa und überfüllte Stühle machen dies zu einem gemütlichen Ort, an dem Sie sich mit einem guten Buch entspannen können. Glasschiebetüren führen zu Ihrer eigenen Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und Grill sowie zu einem parkähnlichen Grundstück mit zwei Pools (Erwachsenen- und Kinderbecken) mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse und Liegestühlen. Direkt hinter dem Garten befindet sich ein privater Zugang zu den berühmten Sandstränden von Hilton Head Island.

Great location to access the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. Also a convenient 10 minute walk to event parking/drop off for the PGA Heritage golf tournament if you are there to attend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great little spot for a family vacation! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and of course the proximity to the beach. Comfortable beds and nice to have laundry accessible and fully stocked kitchen. My only constructive feedback is that the air ducts need cleaned and the place needs a good deep clean (which would probably be helped by an air duct cleaning). Also, the bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom with the bathtub is old and broken. A previous guest from a while ago commented on this and I was surprised to find that it still hasn't been replaced, especially so the owner can protect the property from mold/mildew growth in the bathroom. Overall, this is a great place to stay, it just needs a little TLC in the deep cleaning department.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

The trash/recycling policy and additional charge for not bagging these items properly is frowned upon though. We've never seen this before in any other condo in HHI. Overall a great stay!

The refrigerator keeps everything wonderfully cool. The dishwasher is quiet an cleans everything. The beds are very . comfortable. Four concerns:1. The rug in the living areas is slippery. We had my mother with me who is older and removed the rug from the area due to a falling hazard.2. The bathroom upstairs with just a shower, the floor is very slippery.3. The washer and dryer are older. The work fine but are loud to run.4 The place truly needs a deep cleaning. Their were cob webs on the ceilings and the floors where dirty.

Everything was dusty, hanging off the walls in the living room. Moldy shower which I’m sure is very hard to keep clean in that environment, a little bleach would go a long way. Would have been nice to have a working ice machine, and the lack of curtains in the main living area is really needed. Not only for privacy but the unit got very warm during the day. The beds were amazing, can’t say enough about them.

The condo is in need of a deep cleaning but overall is very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Vacation Time of Hilton Head are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any concerns. Kudos to Stephanie and Jimmy! We had a plumbing issue that was handled quickly. Jimmy also followed up with us later in the week just to be sure all was well.

Perfect family vacation rental on the beach

A broken faucet in second bath upstairs was replaced promptly when maintenance discovered it would not be reparable. We were able to fix breakfast daily and a few other meals with the equipped kitchen. Beach chairs stowed out back were convenient to take to the beach since we had been unable to bring our own. Loved the ocean view from the upper balcony. Easy access to beach was great for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. We loved riding our bikes down the beach and the location was perfect for that. Pillows were too hard for our comfort but bed was comfortable. Overall, condo lived up to it online presentation and we couldn't have been happier. We would return in a heartbeat!

We had plenty of room to spread out (6 people in our family). There were a couple of issues that I thought we should not have had to deal with since we paid a lot of money to stay here. The ice machine was broke upon arrival, and when I called, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They never did. They also wanted the garbage bagged a certain way, but did not leave the supplies to do so. When we called about that, we were told that WE could stop at the office and pick it up. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $2500 a week, we should not have to pick up something that they were supposed to provide. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. The view of the ocean was not as clear as was described. It was located in the heart of Hilton Head, which was great. We could walk or bike most places.

Great time with the family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual we had a great time. Only one issue was cleanliness of condo, but when we called the office two housekeepers came. Suggest the owner might put a protective coating on the dining room and end tables to protect them.
