Upon arrival, enjoy stress-free parking in our spacious driveway and covered parking area. Moreover, you will find our brand-new 6-seater golf cart to make exploring the island a breeze, eliminating daily beach parking fees too.



Inside, natural light floods the inviting living area, featuring plush couches, comfy swivel barrel chairs, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.



Adjacent to the living space, our fully-equipped kitchen, with sleek granite countertops and a large eat-in island, makes meal prep a breeze and doubles as a breakfast bar, accommodating four guests for casual dining or morning coffee rituals. Prepare your favorite meals with ease using the stove with oven, microwave, dual coffee maker/Keurig, toaster, blender, Instant Pot, and complete set of utensils provided for your convenience. The spacious dining area seats eight, ideal for family gatherings. Prefer to dine outdoors? Utilize the outdoor dining table and gas grill for a delightful al fresco experience.



Rest and rejuvenate in our well-appointed bedrooms. Two rooms feature king-sized beds. One offers a queen bed, and the fourth is designed for younger guests with two queen-size bottom bunks and two twin beds above. All bedrooms come with smart TVs. All three bathrooms boast showers, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.



After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with double shower heads. Then, relax on the deck, covered patio, or enjoy an outdoor movie night with plenty of seating and an outdoor TV.

All iTrip properties provide a complimentary First Night Essentials bag, ensuring you have everything you need upon arrival. Unlike many local rental homes, beds are made with fresh sheets\ when you arrive. Additionally, iTrip provides sheets and towels (kitchen and bath) at no extra cost. If you are bringing a dog, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Please make sure the pet option is selected when booking. Limit of 2 dogs - A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs without prior approval, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no pets, and evidence of a pet being on the property is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-refundable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee. Cats are not permitted in this home for any reason!

No trailers permitted. Driveway is an incline and trailers cannot park on the street.
