Come enjoy our secure, landscaped homestead with year-round gardens, hens on our 1+ acres in the “Cowboy Capital of the World”, a gateway to Texas Hill Country!

The space
Come and enjoy the Knotty Pine Cottage, named for our beautifully built pine walls. Enjoy this very clean and safe country cottage, with French-style rustic décor!

What comes in the cottage is the following:
• Fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, common cutlery and more) with Breakfast Bar area & two stools for dining
• Living room area with a couch (TV with Roku access). Couch could be used by a child to sleep on.
• Large Master Bedroom with Queen Bed (TV with Roku Access) and sitting desk area with direct-connect high-speed Internet access (cat5 cables not available yet)
• Wi-Fi with High Speeds
• Master Bath with walk-in shower
• Walk-In Bedroom Closet
• Ceiling fans in Bedroom and Kitchen/Living Room
• Mini Split Air Conditioning units in bedroom and Kitchen/Living Room area
• Covered porch with outdoor furniture to sit on

Here is a list of items outside the Cottage on the property that is included:
• An above-ground pool (open April 15 - Oct 15) and access deck open year round
• Gas BBQ available w/propane
• Picnic and patio tables
• Lakeside firepit with chairs
• Binoculars available for birdwatching
• Propane firepit on Access deck by pool

Close to the towns of Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Camp Verde, Medina River and Medina Lake, and easy drive accessible to popular metro sites like the San Antonio Riverwalk, the Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, and so many more!

No matter where you want to go, there is a strong likelihood of live music, BBQs, southern food restaurants, adorable country boutiques and antique shopping and beautiful hill country scenery for miles!
Guest access
Our guests can go anywhere on the property with exception to our main house.

Our pool, deck, walking paths, chicken coop and any open field is available! We also have sitting chairs out by Morgan Lake, a beautiful aviary location for different bird species. Ask and we have access to binoculars if needed!
Other things to note
You may see deer, different bird specie’s (binoculars available), hens in our condo-like chicken coop (ok, maybe not a true condo lol), our year-round garden, above-ground swimming pool with deck, and others.
