This Disney‑themed home in Kissimmee offers a comfortable, year‑round backdrop for togetherness without worrying about the weather outside.



Sleeping Arrangements

The house sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a king size bed, a walk‑in closet, and a private bathroom for adult privacy. The third bedroom, designed for children, includes a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and its own bathroom. Toys, costumes, and a ball pit fill the room, creating a playful retreat that feels like a private clubhouse.



Living Space

An open living and dining layout encourages conversation, with a comfortable sofa, flat‑screen TV, and free Wi‑Fi. A dedicated workspace and smart lock with a private entrance make arrivals smooth and work moments easy.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for home‑style meals. An adjoining dining area keeps everyone in the loop while you share breakfast or a post‑park dinner.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home is a short drive from Orlando’s world‑class theme parks, shopping, and dining. After a day of excitement, return to a welcoming base where the Disney spirit blends with practical comforts, making every family stay feel both magical and home‑like.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
