Diese klimatisierte Villa ist voll ausgestattet mit vielen Extras und bietet alles, um Ihren Traumurlaub zu maximieren und zu genießen. Das offene Design bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den privaten Pool und das Spa, ein formelles Esszimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Küchenecke.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Pool und eigenem Bad ist hell und luftig und verfügt über einen eigenen begehbaren Kleiderschrank für alle Kleidungsstücke, die Sie in den nahe gelegenen Geschäften kaufen, sowie über einen eigenen Fernseher mit Kabel, Wecker und Haartrockner. Dann gibt es das zweite Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Kabel-TV, Wecker und Haartrockner. Für die Kinder gibt es zwei Zweibettzimmer mit einem Familienbadezimmer.

Sie brauchen nichts anderes als Ihre Sonnencreme und Kleidung mitzubringen, da Emerald Island Palms über eine komplette Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett verfügt. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive und werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Oh, wir haben beinahe vergessen, aber als Kompliment gibt es auch ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl, einen Kinderwagen, Spielzeug und Spiele, was dies zu dem einzigen Luxusferienhaus macht, das es wert ist, gebucht zu werden.

Für diejenigen von Ihnen, die Disney besuchen und zwei Häuser nebeneinander mieten möchten, können wir auch das Emerald Island Palms Vacation Home anbieten. Dieses Haus hat den gleichen Grundriss und die gleichen erstaunlichen Eigenschaften wie privater Pool, Spa, Spielzimmer und es hat auch kostenlosen Breitbandzugang. Die einzige Entscheidung, die Sie treffen müssen, ist, in welchen Pool Sie am meisten springen werden.

Terrific house and pool with hot tub

Had no problems with the house other than a few ants but they are everywhere. Plenty of room and again the hot tub and pool were outstanding

Theme Park overload

The house is just as described, clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub are a little difficult for older folks to get in and out of as there are no railings, but it does have a fence to make sure no kids accidently get in.

The pool comes on at 9 in the morning and goes off at 7 at night which every other pool there comes on at 8 and goes off at 9 they need to change the timing on the pool

Beds not comfortable, had to fill propane tank and clean grill and only half worked

Nice resort. Contract was very strict. Would have liked a clean grill and full propane tank. Coffee pot was 4 cup for a 4 bedroom home, bought a 12 cup. Air conditioing did not cool one of main bedrooms. Otherwise good home

BBQs are provided free of charge however guests are advised that they are responsible for propane and cleaning. the contract is posted on the website before any guest books the property and these terms and conditions have to be agreed to prior to booking the home so not quite sure why all of a sudden it was an issue for the guests

We had a great time. Close to Disney and all convenience places. Kids loved the game room. Of note*** I did not pay for the pool heating and I did not read the details that the hot tub wouldn't be hot either! If you plan to enjoy the hot tub you will need to pay for heating. Owner/management company was very quick to respond.

Excellent Location

The house is close to all the parks! Was very clean on check in. Had a basics that we needed. Several stores near by to purchase other items needed. Or InstaCart had no problem finding us. The pool was great and the hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day of walking. Highly recommended

Not The Villa We Anticipated

Inside of the home was very dirty, especially bathrooms. Roku TV remote did not work correctly, had to use one of the bedroom remotes to even control the TV. Pool in the backyard was not clean and was only cleaned/refilled on our last full day at the villa. Communication with management was poor; we requested assistance with fixing our internet connection, and when promised to arrive at 11am the following day, we were left waiting and after calling he said that he forgot. When requesting another day to come and resolve the issue, and not wanting them to come into the villa without us around, we were given attitude and no concern for our privacy was presented. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, had a better time sleeping on the floor. Screen door leading to backyard did not follow tracks properly, was only fixed on our last full day in the villa. Would not recommend this villa to anybody we know.

Guest unplugged modem to charge their phone which disconnected the internet. Sliding patio door was fixed day after they reported it wouldnt close because they broke the charley bar. Guest didnt mention any other issues while ataying at the property and point blanked refused to let us in the property unless they were there to fix the internet. Guests review is based on the fact we couldnt provide a late departure due to housekeeping schedules

Great rental

My family and I took a Disney trip for spring break. This house felt like a home away from home. The person renting the house prior to me damaged some seat cushions and the property owner ensured that we had new cushions and bedding before we stayed. The house is well taken care of structurally. There were a couple of lights that had blown out prior to our stay but that was no big deal. I would definitely stay at this house again when in Orlando.

This guest stayed at the house for 3 months, a day or so before the guest left he decided to write an email with a list of "issues", not a day after he arrived, not a week, not a month, a couple of days before he was due to check out of his 3 month stay. not only this but he broke a patio chair. However after inspecting the house after his departure we were forced to hire a specialist pest company to fumigate the entire property at a cost of $1600. We have the invoice incase anyone doesn't believe us. We, under no circumstances will rent this or any other house to this traveler again.

EXACTNESS!!

WE GOT IN THE HOUSE DURING A BAD STORM AND EVERYONE WAS WET AND WANTED TO TAKE SHOWER AND COME TO FIND OUT THERE WASN'T ANY WASH CLOTHES IN THE HOUSE. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE! JUST BE MORE SPECIFIC IN YOUR COMMUNICATION ON LINE SO RENTERS WILL BE MORE PREPARED. THE KITCHEN FAUCET HAD TO BE REPLACE DURING OUR VISIT AND UNDER THE CABINET HAD A FOUL ODOR FROM WATER LEAKING, BUT OTHERWISE WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND EVERYONE ENJOYED THE HOUSE IT WAS CLEAN. ALSO GET BETTER LIGHTING OUT FRONT! PLEASE CHECK THE ALARM IN MASTER BEDROOM IT WAS GOING OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. IF I HAD TO RENT IT AGAIN I WILL.

Thank you for your comments, we did advise that there was a leak coming from the faucet in the kitchen and that we would be having it replaced, this was completed. We do advertise the home with linens and towels, we do not advertise the home with "wash cloths" so i'm not sure how more specific we can be. If we were notified about an alarm we would have done something about it however as we weren't advised nor have we been told anything from our subsequent guests I can only assume this was an isolated case. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and found the house to be clean. We wish you enjoyment on your next vacation home and hope it will be more suitable to your needs

Very nice

The villa was well appointed and immaculate. Although we didn’t use our pool and spa too often because of the weather, it was nice to have the convenience of a private pool. Emerald Island resort is lovely - the grounds are well maintained and the resort is convenient to all the Disney properties as well as Universal and Sea World. The property managers, Lee and Victoria, were very responsive when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Loved the house and the location from Disney!!!!! Tons of places to eat, but don’t go to McDonald’s there unless you have cash lol. Only thing was the beds were hard as rocks. Everything else was awesome!!!

Clean and Great Location!

Very roomy and great location close to Disney. The house was very clean, pool was a great amenity to have, and we were pleased to have a pack n play, toys, high chair, etc provided. The only cons would be that the beds need some upgrading. Very hard and loud when you turn over. And the internet access was pretty slow. We would still recommend this house and would be happy to stay here again if we are in the area.

Overall great!

This is a beautiful house! The layout was very spacious for my hubby, kids, parents, and brother. We enjoyed the pool everyday and loved that it was so close to Disney. They had all the necessities for a baby including toys and spoons! I only gave it a 4 start because our bed was way too firm and squeaky, the internet wasn’t the best quality but worked fine, and we had to purchase our own toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher gel. This was a very nice gated community, and we will be staying there again next time we’re in Florida!

Thanks for the review, upon reading your comments I would like to point out that renting a vacation home is done so on a self catering basis, this means that once the initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap has been used you then need to go to the supermarket and buy your own.

Absolutely perfect!!!!!

My sister and I, along with our hubby's, brought our kids here for a week and had the most amazing time! The house was perfect for our vacation. The kids loved having their own pool and loved the themed bedrooms! The owners were accommodating and welcoming when we spoke on the phone at our arrival and when we called with questions. We also really loved how it was in a gated community as it made us feel more secure. We can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time here. It was the perfect distance to all the parks we visited - so close to Disney that we could actually see the magic kingdom fireworks in the distance from the pool patio. This couldn't have worked out better for what we wanted and can't wait to come back!

Great Vacation Home for our Disney Trip

The house accommodated our family of 10. It has 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds which accommodates 8 of comfortably and I put the two kids on air mattresses. It didn’t have pull out couch which would of saved me the trouble of hauling air mattresses. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It was 10 minutes from Disney parks and about 35 minutes from Universal Studios. We paid for the pool to be heated after our arrival. The heater worked well for the pool which the kids enjoyed but it didn’t heat the jacuzzi enough so we used the jacuzzi at the club house. The club house had karaoke Wednesday night and tiki bar. The pool table in the garage was great amenity.

Thanks for the feedback. You're actually the first guests to have mentioned anything about the mattresses being updated and surprised at your comments regarding the spa heat as the previous guests had no complaints and the fact you never mentioned this to us during your stay. the spa is actually set for 98 and the pool is set for 84 which is standard settings throughout the industry in the area

Amazing Property, Excellent Property Management

The house was even better than we expected. So clean and had so many unexpected extras. We stayed for over a week and it was a nice place to call home for that period of time. The neighborhood is amazing. The only things that weren't perfect for my preferences wer the mattress in front master was not so great (maybe i am just not use to a spring mattress anymore) and there were no curtains and too much sun came through the blinds before I was ready to wake up (I like to sleep in to recover after late Disney nights). Otherwise, the house it totally amazing and comfy! I have to say the property management staff are awesome. The hot water heater had a bit of tantrum when we visited (probably due to freezing temps that are no so common). I called the management company and they were out in a jiffy to fix it. They even walked me through how to fix in case it happened again (so I could avoid a freezing shower in freezing weather). I was so impressed, I am now a loyal customer! Good customer service is very hard to find!
