I grew up at the Jersey shore! My family (husband, daughter 5 and son 15) will be staying in the downstairs apartment for the summer of 2025. The guest apartment is completely separate upstairs with a private entrance off the patio!

Lifeguards are stationed at 2nd, 5th and 10th street. Our street intersects with 10th Street and the Brigantine Seawall (really a walking pavilion) begins at 9th Street. Our favorite beach is 7th street, which has a beautiful entrance! We provide beach tags, chairs and towels for 4-guests.
Guests can park on the street-with no meters!
Quiet neighborhood, walkable to the beautiful and clutter-free beaches, close to delish food, and drivable to fun Jersey shore attractions like Atlantic City, Ocean City and Wildwood Boardwalks, and the Cape May County Zoo!
Amazing farmers market Saturdays until noon just 2 blocks from our house! The Pirates Den is a walkable restaurant with great food all day! You can bike, drive or a bit of a longer walk to our fav smoothie and coffee shack-Soul Berry, open till 2pm each day. Here you will also find shopping stores, a deli, a bait and tackle store, nail salon and more! Head to the Beach House for fun dinner with nightly outdoor entertainment in the sand!
Brigantine is a quiet town with beautiful beaches! If you are looking for relaxation for beach lovers, this your place!
Atlantic City is a short 10 min drive where casinos and shopping awaits!
Ocean City is a quick 40 min drive with fabulous family-friendly Boardwalk! Enjoy candy stores, arcade games, mini golf and boardwalk food and rides!
We love to travel to the Cape May Zoo (45 min drive) with our two kiddos, or we drive down to the Wildwood Boardwalks (50 min drive) for fun waterpark adventures!
