Beautiful property, great location. We prefer the north end of Brigantine and this property is in a perfect location - short walk to the beach and to a very nice playground at the school for our younger kids. Quick drive or bike ride over to the shopping and food. Our family had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Joan’s amazing beach retreat! It fit all 8 of us comfortably, was very clean and cozy, and was equipt with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys, all the essential kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and a working washer and dryer. This was our first time back to beautiful Brigantine in many years and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Hope to be back again in future years to come.

Relaxing getaway

We have a wonderful stay at this rental. The house was immaculate at arrival and we felt right at home immediately. Great location with a short walk to the beach and playground for my 2 children. Quiet family retreat

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed for a week at the beach. We cooked everyday, relaxed inside and out and enjoyed the short walk to the water. The beaches of Brigantine are clean and not crowded, but make sure to bring your high test bug spray for the green head flies that will eat you alive every chance they get.

Relaxing quiet family vacation

We had a great week in brigintine. Joan’s place was clean, comfortable, and very enjoyable. The location was perfect, just about 2 blocks to the beach with the school/playground around the corner for the kids to play. The place was very quiet and cozy and Joan made sure we had everything we needed. We have no complaints and look forward to reserving this rental same time next year.

Family Vacation

This property was the perfect size for 4 adults and a 2 year old! The house had beach essentials including a wagon which was so helpful. It was a quick walk to the beach and we were able to shower the sand off of us in the outdoor shower when we got home. There were playgrounds nearby within walling distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay at Joan's place was wonderful. Her home is beautiful, well appointed and impeccably clean. The yard was so pretty and perfect for our grandchildren. We had everything necessary in the kitchen for our meals together. Beach was a 2 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones.There were some beach chairs and a couple boogie boards and a beach wagon also available for use. There were no issues at all and the couple of inquiries I made to Joan were answered quickly.We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be making it a tradition. Thank you Joan for your hospitality!

Home away from home

We enjoyed the townhouse - well equipped and comfortable for our family with young children. It was great to be able to walk to the beach from the house. We appreciated the beach gear that we were able to use while we were there. Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for others looking for a low key beach vacation. Brigantine is a lovely beach.

Would absolutely stay here again

We were very happy with the property. There was plenty of room in the house and everything was clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach vacation

This was our second stay at the house and we had a wonderful time again. Joan is helpful and communicative. The house is clean and very comfortable. All in all a wonderful place to stay in Brigantine.

A restful lovely beach experience.

The house was well stocked, clean and easy to maneuver. The only downside was the week were there the beach had so many black flies and mosquitoes that we had to drive further to the south beach. Of course, that was not anyone's fault. The locals said this was the first time it happed all summer.
