Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. The worst thing about the property was the parking garage. Both nights it was full and very inconvenient loading and unloading the car. Very hard to navigate with a large suv. The condo was clean but dated. There weren’t many utensils or kitchen items. Having laundry room was nice. Elevators took a long time. Beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was convenient to Elkmont campground which was the main thing for us.

Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Park Place a few times now and the main reason is the location. You can walk to just about anywhere downtown. We also like to go to Knoxville and Pidgeon Forge and getting out of Gatlinburg from this property is pretty easy. Another experience that we enjoy is the gas fireplace and the sounds of the rushing water from the river. At every stay, the staff have always been very accommodating.
