Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Very nice clean condo in a great location.

We did a lot of walking. Walked the strip several times as well as the Gatlinburg trail out to Cataract Falls. Condo was clean. The carpet had been replaced. The green carpet in the pictures is gone.

Delightful Stay at Park View Condos

Bridge girls annual trip

We enjoyed dinner at Calhoun which has the best pork chops ever, and dinner at The best Italian. Luigi’s has really good pizza too.

Great Accommodations & Great Location

We left, I think, between 6:45 and 7:00 AM and it was pitch black. Only suggestion is that timers be changed.

Nice place, staff and location but need better response to alarm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The condo was spacious and in a great location.The one negative concern we had was how the management office handled an emergency situation we had when the carbon monoxide detector alarm went off in our condo. On the last night of our stay at approximately 10:30 PM the carbon monoxide alarm sounded. Startled, my family and I evacuated the unit. I called the management office to report and they only said to remove the batteries from the alarm (saying the batteries must be low). I asked for someone to check it out and they said someone could not come for at least an hour. I then called 911 and the fire department and police came within minutes. The fire department checked our condo for carbon monoxide levels. The rooms did register higher than normal levels for carbon monoxide. The fire department monitored the levels and fortunately the levels went down to an acceptable level and were told we could enter the condo. They said it appeared the gas hot water heater may have contributed to it, as the levels were highest near the water heater. This situation was not due to a low battery as the management office tried to say. The alarm was loud and blaring which indicated it had detected carbon monoxide in the room. The fire captain even said the management office should have had a better response to address what could have been a dangerous situation for carbon monoxide presence.

We have beem coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 years and the place we used to stay was not being kept up. I liked the fact that you can see the unit you are renting before making the reservation. This unit was clean and well maintained. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman was very helpful. The large balcony and the river running by we great!

Park Place is our "home" when we visit Gatlinburg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Park Place Condos are always clean. The units are roomy, and all have balcony's overlooking the river. Our kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots and pans. We usually cook most of our meals while in Gatlinburg rather than eating out. We've stayed here for decades and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
