Welcome to our cozy beach house, the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends seeking relaxation and fun in the sun. Nestled just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore, our home offers stunning ocean views from every room that will take your breath away.

Step into our comfortable open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room, a space that radiates tranquility and comfort. Adorned with plush seating, it's an ideal spot for unwinding with a good book and a glass of wine or enjoying a family game night. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to savor your meals indoors or outdoors with a refreshing ocean breeze.

Our home features three spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and equipped with individual Air conditioners, ceiling fans, and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Our spa-inspired bathrooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with rain showers, glass doors, and environmentally friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash await you.

But the real star of our home is the outdoor spaces. The large balcony is ideal for soaking up the sun, enjoying a cocktail, lunch/ dinner, or simply listening to the waves crash against the shore. The beautiful mountains provide privacy and natural beauty, while the direct path to the beach ensures you'll always be close to the sand and sea. Watch the sunset and take selfies from the bench directly across from the 2-car parking reserved for you overlooking the mountains and ocean.

Enjoy the waterfall sound while sunbathing poolside, or enjoy the cool water with your guests in the large pool. Help the children disconnect from all electronics and reconnect with the outdoors at the playground. Take a short hike to the Punta Tuna Lighthouse, located southeast of our town and visible from our balcony. It is on a narrow promontory at the southeasternmost point of the island. It was first lit in 1892 and automated in 1989. Enjoy lunch or dinner at my favorite restaurant, Agua Viva Restaurant & Bar, just 10 minutes away.

Whether planning a family vacation, a beach getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, our beach house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Our home will surely make your stay unforgettable with its stunning ocean views, mountain range views, exquisite amenities, and prime location.

Maunabo stay

We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded.

Truly Serene

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The communication with Muriel was great. We have traveled the entire island and this location was perfect!! The place was very comfortable and calm and we truly recommend it!! We will definitely be back. Security was top notch and the guards would do their rounds. It was an amazing experience

This property offers some of the most breathtaking ocean views we’ve ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the panoramic scenery—watching the sunrise over the water from the balcony was simply unforgettable. Amazing views!

Beautiful property with great views. There were so many things available that I felt I over packed. Had user error checking in, but super easy afterwards. Have stayed at other units in Villas Del Faro and this has been the most responsive host.Only minor issues. The laundry in the photos was unavailable which would have been appreciated to know during the welcome text to avoid having to bug the host.The second issue which unsure if the host or if they hire a third party to clean, there were instances of poor quality with the items provided.The Lays chip were expired for 6 months and we decided to toss them. One of the razors (brought my own but you could clearly notice it) was very much used, most likely to remove lint. These made me a bit weary of using pantry/fridge items provided.However, these weren't deal breakers for me as I was not planning on using these.Overall, loved my stay and would recommende.

Great stay!

Thank you Muriel for the responsiveness and attention! One improvement area is the cleanliness of linen (bed) but otherwise the stay was great. The view from the balcony is spectacular and this apartment is a great option for a quiet break far from all the hustle and bustle.

Isla de encanto

My family and I came to visit family as our father is sick. We were close to where they live so we were able explore and enjoy Maunabo while driving to see them daily. The pool was great as well as the playground for the kids to play on. We enjoyed the beautiful view from every window and the condo was supplied with anything you might need for a great vacation! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this part of the island again!

Beautiful view!

The view and the cool ocean breeze at night were so peaceful. The area isn’t as developed as other parts of the island so it didn’t feel crowded. The only drawback is because it’s remote there aren’t a ton of places to go but that doesn’t take away from the beauty and hospitality of the space.
