Located in the world renowned Seacrest Beach neighborhood, is our beautiful Blue Lagoon at Seacrest Beach on 30A, offering spacious accommodations for 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze! This amazing three bedroom beach house will have you and your family coming back year after year! With enough beds to accommodate up to 8 blessed guests, it has plenty of room for all! You'll find balconies/patios, both with plenty of seating to watch the sunset over Seacrest Beach. The first floor personifies the modern "beachy" feel of the home. Hardwood flooring, modern appliances, and bright coastal decor accent the open-concept design. A large TV (with plenty of room around it) provides a perfect space for solitary relaxing, or keeping the whole family together. Don't worry, in addition to the Living Room, every bedroom has their own TV, so no fighting over the remote on this vacation! The dining table seats six, along with an additional five at the breakfast bar, so plenty of room for big family dinners too! The kitchen exudes the cottage look, along with a contemporary splash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, mini white brick backsplash and brushed nickel hardware. Dining and living spaces flow across the breakfast bar, with plenty of natural daylight.

There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor.  The Master Bedroom boasts a King bed with a walk-in shower and a vanity sink.  The first Guest Room has a Queen bed and shares a bath (with a shower/tub combo) with the second Guest Room. In here, there is a twin-over-full bunk beds.  In the Living Room on the first floor, there is a pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa, if your party needs the extra bed space.Out back, there’s an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

- Deeded Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, just down the street from the home, through the Sunset Beach Community located roughly 0.4 miles (about a 10 minute walk) from the home.

- Pool Access: This home is a short (~5 minute walk) down the street from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!

- Beach Towels: Not provided.

Seacrest Beach Amenity Packet:

Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.



Other Things to Note:

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.



Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

* Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
