Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 5 miles away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), this 12 bedroom mansion is big enough to host 24 of your favourite people.

Let's kick things off with the amazing back deck. Picture this: a private swimming pool and a hot tub where you can unwind and soak up the glorious Florida sun. We've even got comfy lounge chairs and sun recliners for your total relaxation. Plus, there's a poolside dining space, a lounge area, and a BBQ grill – everything you need for a perfect day in the sun!

The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry, everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). There's not one but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so there's plenty of space for everyone's snacks! There's even two large capacity dishwashers! Enjoy your culinary creations around the oversized dining room table, or head outdoors to your stunning covered patio deck, furnished with tables and chairs. There's even some extra seating at the kitchen island bar!

Back inside, the first floor plays host to a unique game areas. The garage has been converted into an Avatar themed games room, with cool mood lighting, colourful murals and plenty of entertainment! This space boasts billiards, shuffleboard, game console, arcade games, and more!

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge screen and cozy recliners.

Even bedtime will be a blast at this home, thanks to the over-the-top themed bedrooms! The Harry Potter room features bunk-beds with a slide; but all the theme rooms have cool mood lighting, awesome murals and decorative details. There are four King bedrooms on the ground level, and five more King bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor also has a room with two twin beds, the Harry Potter room, and a Esmerelda themed room with a bunk-bed.

Guest Access:
Parking:
• You can park in the driveway, up to 4 vehicles. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
