Das Condominio La Dolce Vita ist ein schönes 8 Wohnungen Gebäude verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen in einem der besten Gegenden von Playa del Carmen. Nur 5 Blocks vom trendigsten und modernsten Teil der 5th Avenue und 7 Blocks vom berühmten Beach Club Mamita entfernt, befinden wir uns in der Nähe von großartigen Restaurants, Banken, Supermärkten und Einkaufszentren.
Die 8 Wohnungen sind alle in Homeaway / VRBO (Listennummern: 4446554, 4446649, 4445257, 4739426, 4739578, 4739342, 4739550) aufgeführt und sind fast identisch.

- Frühstück (Kaffee, Milch, Tee, Brotscheiben, Marmelade, Butter, Nutella, Müsli, Kekse und Obst) wird täglich außer samstags und sonntags serviert.

Lovely roof terrace breakfast and helpful host

The host helped us negotiate all our itenary, made restaurant suggestions, and made us feel welcomed. The enjoyable roof patio has a pool, cabana and nest-like chairs. The neighbourhood feels local with bars and restaurants. We walked to the touristy areas and felt safe even as women. The apartment met our needs, but nothing fancy. We spent most of our time outside.

Perfect condo for perfect vacations!

This condo is perfectly located. A distance of walk from the Fifth Av., the beach, many great restaurants and boutiques! It is well equipped and all the furniture and appliances work perfectly. The pool and terrasse on the roof top are amazing. Our host gave us precious information about PDC and the surrounding area to make sure that we have the best vacation possible. Great trip, great condo ! We would go back without a doubt.

Excellent hospitality, comfortable setting

Alessandro was incredibly warm and welcoming. He personally greeted us and gave us a thorough introduction to Playa del Carmen with great suggestions and ideas. La Dolce Vita is a terrific gem in a lovely residential neighborhood with several nearby eateries and ALL that you could want in walking distance.

Great value

My wife and I stayed two weeks at this property and were very happy with it. The location is far enough from the busy 5th ave to be quiet but still any easy walk away. Bed was very comfortable. Alessandro and his staff are very focused on his guests being comfortable and it shows. The only places for improvement would be the units hot water tank is a little small and the wifi is a little spotty, but this unit is great value for the price. There are tons of restaurants within a one minute walk and because it's a couple of blocks from 5th avenue, the prices are very cheap... great food. Large grocery/department store is also very close.

Great condo in a quiet location

We stayed in this 1 bedroom condo for 1 week. The condo has a living room area, bedroom, small bathroom, and kitchen. Just the right size for 2 people. The living room did not get much use since there is no television in that room. The only TV is in the bedroom. We would have preferred a TV in the living room. The kitchen had the essentials, but we found a few things lacking... only 2 wine glasses, and 1 was cracked. We felt the need for some plastic cups to take a drink up to the rooftop deck. Alessandro was a superb host. Very accommodating, and helpful! He was very quick with his responses to our questions, both prior to & after our arrival. We often had the small rooftop deck to ourselves, which is a good thing since it is pretty small. Only 2 lounge chairs, and a few other rocking chairs. We found it gave a nice vantage view of the area, which is very quiet. We found the 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach a little longer than we would like on a return trip to Playa. We knew this when we booked the condo, but would like to be a little closer next time. The small rooftop pool was nice (we are pool people), but at only about 3 feet deep, don't be expecting to do more than just a quick cool off. "Papa Charly" restaurant and the gelato places right down stairs were very practical! The condo served our needs, and was what we expected. It is nice to have the owner on site. We've rented on VRBO before, and the owner has always been a distance away. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Alessandro!

Beautiful and clean apartment!

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The apartment was very clean, with a very comfortable king size bed, well equipped and in the perfect neighborhood for us, just few min walking from the beach and 5th avenida but far enough from the tourists noise...we liked all the many local restaurants close by the building and specially the two just downstairs, the Cafe Orange, Papa Charly and el Fogon!! The Internet connection was great and it was very important for me because I needed to work remotely sometime... We also loved the rooftop, the perfect place to relax when we were off from tours and beach. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

A Little disappointed

Clean , breakfast very ordinary and basic could have used fresh croissants. First day we arrived Alessandro was going over the rules . In the bedroom I had pointed out a large with some smaller stains on the comforter on bed , twice he said it's just wet from Housekeeper cleaning it . My friend touched it and said it wasn't wet . Alessandro also touched it and said no it's just wet , it was an awkward moment Never really seen the guy again until last day when he was suppose to give security deposit back . Alessandro brought another person in with him with a check list where they laid out all the towels and looked them over to make sure no stains on them , then they counted the silverware and dishes , they went in bathroom and checked the toiletries as well . It was a very uncomfortable situation . He then returned our deposit money My friend and I left in cab arranged by Alessandro and halfway back to airport the driver hands my friend the phone saying Alessandro is on phone where he accuses us of leaving those supposed water spots on the bed . My friend argued with him saying those were the spots you tried saying we're water Not only did we not leave the stains , we were very quiet . Kept our condo very clean and followed the rules (such as turning air conditioner off when not in room etc) My friend and I are in our 50's I run a B&B in NOTL Canada and she is a multi million dollar property manager in both Mexico and Panama. Therefore we understand the business and would never treat guests in this manner, improvements need to be made I would not stay there again nor do I recommend it

I apologize if you felt offended by my question and by the check out process. It was only a question not an accusation. I have 8 apts and many guests and i totally forgot about the spots on the quilt we saw together at the check in. I was convinced it was wet as it appeared (then i discovered it was an oil stain). It happened before the maid tried to remove some stains at the last minute and at the check in process they were still drying.My mistake was that i forgot to ask you about that during your stay…It´s very weird you wrote in the review you never saw me again after the check in. We met almost everyday and once we were talking for almost 1/2 hour about the whole year you lived in Playa del Carmen, that you too have an apartment for rent here in Playa and that you liked the way how i manage my building. It´s weird also the way how you arrived and left: at your arrival the driver made me a call to advise you were arrived and i immediately went down to open the door and greeting you but you did not even say hello.You just said you were waiting for 15min and you and your friend were very rudes.I then saw the cameras to discover you waited only3 min since you arrived with the transportation until i opened the door! Also very unusual (&unrespectful) that at your arrival you had not the money for the balance and the deposit ready and i had to wait 2days, write you 2 times and finally knock on your door to have that money and i had to accept half of the security deposit we agreed because you said: this is all the money i have! Finally the check out day was even more weird: you asked the pick up at 9:30am but you came back home at 10am and you were not ready before 10:40am (the driver had to wait more than one hour, unbelievable!!).At 10:15am you knocked at my door to ask for the deposit. I came with the handyguy tomake the checkout but we could´t even check the bedroom because you were there inside still packing…i only noted thetowels werestained w makeup and sunscreen.I preferred do not mention it (to avoid an embarrassingsituation)and after5minutes i gave you back the security deposit, wished you a nice trip and left. After you left the cleaning lady called me to tell me about the oil stains.I called t driver to talkwithyou just forasking (not blaming!!) about those stains andyoustarted to overreact to my question, screaming and offending. I´m so happy that guests like you are only the exception because if this was regular my job would be very unpleasant!

Two months of Pure Dolce Vita !!

I stayed at La Dolce Vita for 2 months, I enjoyed every day of it. The apartments are all very clean and everything is in working conditions. The area is called Hollywood, it is a very nice and quiet area with lots of good restaurants around and no hassle and bustle of la 5ta. The weekly cleaning service is great, the people are very friendly, the owner is an amazing gentleman, and the rooftop is a wonderful oasis to relax and enjoy the sun. I would definitely go back next time I am in Playa.

Great place to stay!!

Nice condo. Great kitchen, air conditioning, rooftop is nice to go to mid day to get out of the sun. Landlord is great to deal with, I emailed him quite a few times before our trip and he always answered with the information I required. Maid service is the best, who wants to clean while on vacation? I would for sure stay there again and recommend to friends. You don't have to stay in an all inclusive in Playa Del Carmen, it is safe there and if you get this condo, it is close to the greatest food, right across the street, Papa Charlies! A short walk to a great burger place - on 30th Avenue - Bronto Burgers!

Endroit idéal pour des vacances relaxantes

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines formidables à Playa del Carmen dans un appartement très bien situé, environnement tranquille tout en étant à quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs bons petits restos et à une dizaine de minutes de la plage. Le studio est assez grand, décoré avec goût, très propre, comprend tous les accessoires et appareils dont nous avons besoin et le personnel est attentionné. Le grand lit très confortable mérite une mention spéciale. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur laquelle les déjeuners sont servis. En plus d'être un endroit magnifique on peut s'y installer pour lire, relaxer, prendre l'apéro... Le proprio Alessandro est accueillant, disponible et serviable. Il répond rapidement à nos demandes et s'assure du confort de ses clients. Pour nous faciliter la vie, le transport aller-retour à l'aéroport nous a été offert à prix très abordable et il est aussi possible de faire réserver les excursions. Le processus pour réserver à distance a été facile et Alessandro répondait très rapidement. Ce n'est pas notre première réservation par internet et, sur place, nous avons contaté que tout était conforme à ce qui est annoncé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité de l'appartement et de l'accueil. Lorsque nous retournerons à Playa del Carmen, ce sera notre choix de logement et nous le recommandons fortement. Great place to stay! Social, client oriented owner

I stayed in one of the appartments of this owner, all in the same building. Some are without balcony, some with balcony and some with balcony and jacuzzi. The beautiful and lovely roof terrace with little swimmingpool is available for all the appartments. That is a quiet and lovely place with different kind of beds and chairs. The appartment is great: decoration is nice and modern, it is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is also modern and nice and you get enough towels. Also the place gets cleaned every couple of days and it gets cleaned very well. Much better than in a lot of hotels and holiday appartments. More like you clean at home. Really, the only thing that could be improved a little bit for me is the warm water in the shower: the water gets cold after a short time of warm water. Could be little longer for me, although I perfectly understand that it is not okay if guests use too much water and shower for a really long time. But I think this appartment is a great deal for a good price! Nice and safe location, perfect and fast (always working) WiFi. The owner is very helpful, flexible, social and kind. He replies almost immediately at mails or text messages. I had to change my booking two times and the owner was very very flexible and helpful. I would definately come back. On another rental website the owner has hundreds of all positive and good reviews. I saw not even one negative one and that for me was the first time ever. The owner runs the place more like a hotel and does a lot to keep his clients satisfied and gain good reviews and new bookings. Thanks to the whole team of La Dolce Vita!

A best kept secret!

First off, thank you to Alessandro and his staff for a great experience! If you are ever thinking of running a vacation rental service...this is the fellow to follow. he has it down pat! The accommodations were Clean, Safe, Reasonable and kept in very good condition. The roof top terrace for the continental breakfast and just a late day chill was perfect! The pictures from al the visitors tell the story. It is very well situated for exploring all that the Riviera Maya has to offer. Close to everything, yet far enough away to be quiet! Do yourself a favour and experience Playa in a better way! Cheers!

Great Location, Gracious Host

My wife and I spent the last four nights in Playa del Carmen at a location that was perfect for us. On Ave 25th ,and Calle 28, Above Cafe Orange and across from Papa Charlies. We were one and 1/2 blocks away from our favorite El Fagon, (tacos el pasture) and all the great restaurants on Ave. 30. We don't spend our time in Playa during the day but these one bedroom apartments could change our minds. A modern building with up to date features and a rooftop soaking pool! Alessandro was very accommodating and gracious. A short walk to 5th ave. or Mega for shopping. We will be going again in the spring and hope to find our room available. Thanks Alessandro!

The roof top garden is amazing and it´s the real plus of the building. It´s the perfect place to spend a relaxing time in the swimming pool and in the lounge area, enjoying a great barbecue or have a romantic breakfast under a typical Caribbean "palapa".

Breakfast is available (every day except on Saturday and Sunday) on the rooftop from 8am to 9.30am. This includes coffee, milk, tea, slices of bread, jam, butter, cereals, cookies and fruit.
