Urige und ruhige Northshore-Villa im Herzen des Dorfes Anna Maria auf der Insel Anna Maria. Unser Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad wurde kürzlich für unsere Gäste aktualisiert. Setzen Sie sich morgens auf unsere Terrasse und genießen Sie eine ruhige, ruhige Tasse Kaffee oder genießen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang zu wunderbar frisch gebackenem Gebäck, Brot und geröstetem Kaffee im örtlichen Antiquitätenladen und der Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe des Magnolia und des Gulf Drive. Am Nachmittag, nur wenige Schritte entfernt, befinden sich einige der besten weißen Sandstrände Floridas, an denen Sie sich entspannen oder im azurblauen Golf von Mexiko eintauchen können. Spazieren Sie die Pine Ave hinunter. und treten Sie zurück in die Vergangenheit mit urigen Ladenfronten und Cafés und Veranden, die alle mit Schaukelstühlen ausgestattet sind. Great location and property! We had a wonderful time at this home on AMI as it was very close to everything we needed. The home has all the essentials that we needed and was well stocked. Owner was pretty responsive to my questions ahead of time and our family had a great stay!

Awesome Vacation Rental

The owner was always available if we needed anything and is a local Island real estate agent and resident who manages her own property very well . Lovely cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island. We have friends and family that live here, but we wanted to have our own space. Location was great! We loved the cottage. It was very comfortable. This was our first time staying at the property. We will definitely be booking it again the next time we come. Great Value!

Great location great owners

We had a fantastic time at this rental. The owners were wonderful hosts. The home is in a fantastic location, quaint, cute with a lot of character. If you're looking for something that is in a great spot, affordable, clean, this is the place to go. The house had everything we needed and then some. You will not be dissappointed with this rental. Cosy cottage in a great location

We just had a lovely week on Anna Maria and this cottage was perfect for all our needs. It has comfy beds, big sofas and a nice hot shower. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. The best thing was the location just off Pine. We enjoy walking round the beach, cycling and visiting our favourite haunts such as the donut experiment, 2 scoops, Ginny and Jane’s and the Sandbar. All were a short walk from the cottage. Would definitely like to stay again. Thanks Michelle.

Nicest place we’ve stayed yet

Michelle is so easy to get along with and always accessible. I am a “clean freak” so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how clean and well taken care of this rental was. I actually felt like I was in my own home and could relax Perfect location to shops and beach. The bathroom was actually clean and remodled. The pictures don’t do it justice. We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
