Dieses charmante Sea Garden Cottage ist ein wahres Inseljuwel und Zufluchtsort. Das Sea Garden Cottage befindet sich am North Shore Drive am nördlichen Ende der Insel. Die charmante Einrichtung und die Gartenoase werden Sie in Ihren zukünftigen Ausgehmöglichkeiten verlieren lassen.

Dieses Haus liegt auf einem 1,3 Hektar großen Grundstück direkt am Golf, einer Seltenheit auf der Insel. Das Grundstück ist von altem Baumbestand, tropischer Vegetation und Blick auf den Golf und seine Sandstrände umgeben.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit WC und TV. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Beide Räume öffnen sich zu einer abgeschirmten Veranda, wo Sie die schöne Umgebung genießen können.

Home away from Home

This was our second visit to Cozy Cottage and it never disappoints! It is a beautiful Old Florida cottage (which we love and prefer) that is fully appointed-from a fully supplied kitchen, beach towels, umbrellas, and a screened-in lanai for rainy afternoons. AND the landscape is remarkable! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us-we will be back!

The last time we stayed here was during Helene and we decided to stay. This house and that amazing tree and God are by far the only reason we were able to be here to come back. Needless to say this trip was by far much better. The house is still amazing, the town was thriving, the views from the private chairs down by the beach and the walk through the "rainforest " is so amazing. We will stay here again FOR SURE. We have stayed at a few other places on AMI but this one is our favorite by far. If you're thinking of staying in AMI this is the place.

Private oasis

This little cottage is exactly what we’ve been looking for. We’ve been coming to AMI ten years and have always wanted our own private access to the beach and we were not disappointed. It was magical walking this path and suddenly everything opens up to paradise. The little cottage was just perfect for three of us and has everything you need for comfort. Loved this place

Absolutely love this place! Walk to the beach was close & amazing. They had everything you needed for the beach & actual nice beach chairs. We’ve stayed many places where beach chairs were broken or just really crappy. Not the case here. Property manager was super nice & responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets & towels were really good quality, No complaints. Really hoping this place stays small since it seems everything being built is huge & out of our price range if it’s just me & my husband going

Perfect Getaway

This was our second stay on the island and it was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and then some extras!! I don’t think pictures can do the property justice, I felt like we were in the jungle of a tropical destination. Beautiful trees, plants, and wildlife on the property. Look forward to coming back next year.

Great get away

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We like that its a short stroll to the beach but yet surrounded by mangrove and shade trees hence nice private, easy walk to the beach which is beautiful. Well stocked with beach toys, bicycles and extras.

A special place

Our expectations were met and then some! This really is a special place, and we can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The jungle walk to the beach, sunsets under the palm trees and walks to see wildlife on Bean Point both delighted us and our 12 and 8 year old. Can’t wait to return!

Another great stay at Sea Garden Cottage

We very much enjoyed our second year to stay at this location and can't wait to be back next year. Great beach access through the beautiful back yard and a great location for photographing the sunsets and the surroundings. We really appreciate all the amenities the owners provide. Found great things to do around the island as well. We love our annual trip to Anna Maria Island and we highly recommend this property.

Cozy stay, well equipped kitchen, great location

Loved the house, great location and beach access. The house could have been cleaner. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to some details. With only one shower in the home the shower needs some attention. We enjoyed our stay and Kari is great to work with and always available for questions and concerns.

Quiet tropical getaway steps from the ocean

We can’t say enough great things about our stay at this property. The house was immaculately clean, the furnishings were beachy and updated, the beds and sheets were so comfortable and the tropical setting was just perfect for our family vacation. The property sits on a large piece of land making the house feel private while still being close to the main drag of the town and steps to the beach. Kari, the property manager, was quick to respond and easy to work with in booking this property. We miss it already and will not hesitate to book this property again in the future!

Cozy, cute little seaside cottage, about 300 to 500 yards from the beach.

We stayed three nights at Sea Garden cottage and it was wonderful. The weather was nice. The best part was the beach which was only steps away. The AC was not great, but it was tolerable. The beach shed had everything we needed. The best part of the trip was the beach itself. It was extremely clean and the water was amazing. There was almost nobody on the beach which made it perfect. We had a wonderful time and will hope to come back one day.

Even better the second time!

We just love this home and the beautiful landscaping and location! It is just perfect for couples or small families to get away and enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria beaches and Sunsets. The private beach access is a game changer! The screened in back patio is so relaxing and is a great place to enjoy your meals and listen to the birds while looking out onto the gorgeous private oasis. This home has literally everything you could possibly need so packing for this trip is a breeze. We are so grateful to have enjoyed it twice now and look forward to future stays.

Charming cottage in amazing location with great amenities

We stayed at Sea Garden over the Christmas holiday. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and as other reviews mention, was clean, well decorated, had everything you need, and in the most amazing location on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated some key staples like olive oil, salt & pepper, spices, etc. being available. Just outside is a shed with bikes & helmets, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, even 2 kayaks - truly amazing. Kari is the most gracious and responsive host! We can't wait to return!

Beautiful Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We loved our stay at this traditional beach bungalow! Just the right size for our small family, with beautiful landscaped grounds and private path to the beach. We took advantage of the quality, modern appliances to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - including containers for leftovers! The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the central A/C was quiet and efficient. We took advantage of the provided beach cart and beach chairs, which are provided along with bikes, kayaks, beach toys - everything you would want for an active day at the beach. I highly recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

Outstanding villa in best location

This is our second time in the property. The house is great; has everything you need and more. Impeccable clean, well organized, and ready to enjoy (including tons of beach stuff). The communication with the property manager was superb and quick always. The house has private direct access to beach which is very useful to enjoy the beautiful beach with 100% comfort. The beach is white sand and crystal water and mostly just for you and your family (since public access is distant). Hope to be back next year!

Amazing beachfront property with unbelievable charm!!!

We quickly fell in love with the cottage and the property. The cottage charm, the characteristics of island life many years ago preserved into a quaint, cozy place. Right on the gulf shores. Everything you might need was provided from household supplies, bikes, coolers, flashlights, you name it. Kari was great to deal from booking to responsiveness to any question or concern. Lastly, the outdoor living areas of the property were quite amazing. Manicured landscaping with a beautiful lawn lead right to the beach.

Location, location, location!

We loved our stay at Sea Garden. This was our 3rd visit and as always… fabulous! Great beachfront location on the quiet North end of Anna Maria. Just a quick bike ride, trolley ride or Monkey Bus to shops and restaurants. Sea Garden is clean, well stocked with old world Florida charm. Updates include fun new outdoor shower and new handy utility/mud room. The gardens and property are amazing. Favorite spots were spent with morning coffee or watching sunsets from the Adirondack chairs or late nights on the screened-in porch. Outstanding management and ownership. We will be back. Thank you!

Tranquil Paradise

Our vacation at the Sea Garden Cottage was absolutely wonderful. We LOVED every minute spent their. The house was perfect for our family. It offered everything we needed, including 4 bikes, a kayak, bbq grills, beach cart and so much more. The location was close enough to either bike or walk everywhere, but with the gardens and large lawn leading to the beach it still felt private. The large screened-in porch was perfect for our family game nights or just time spent reading and enjoying the peace & quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to make you feel at home, my daughter even made brownies our first night there. An additional surprise for us was how calm the waters are, and how beautiful and clean the beaches were. Even after a particularly bad storm the waves were never rough and the beach was clean and beautiful. The owners were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back.

Charming cottage on the beach

We very much enjoyed stay at the Sea Garden Cottage. It was very clean and had the feel of "Old Florida". The location is fantastic, having your own path to the beach through a beautiful yard. Great size for a family of 4. Everything you need is supplied (a cooler, bikes, fishing rods, a well stocked kitchen, beach items and a cart to wheel everything down to the beach). There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! Kari is great to work with and helped us with our concerns after Hurricane Irma. She even sent us pictures of the property showing everything was in order. This is our 4th visit to the island and one of our favorite houses to stay on AMI! Some of our favorite restaurants: The Donut Experiment, The Beach House, Bridge Tender Inn, Two Scoops. Some of our favorite Activities: Mote Aquarium (definitely go out on the boat with the Marine Biologist), spending hours at the beach and riding our bikes around the island.
