Paddle board or kayak the river by day, grill your catch by night. 6 min walk /2 min bike to the our neighborhood's private beach access. Perfect for families or friends—8 guests max (extra charge after 6). 2 Med. sized dogs allowed. Pet Fee info below. Front and canal facing cameras on site.


Neighborhood is easy to find, direct access from A1A. Driveway easily accommodates 4 vehicles.

For added flexibility, the home includes 2 twin-size inflatable air mattresses with sheet sets, conveniently stored under the stairs. Great for extra guests or kids!

No smoking inside the home.
Guest who books must be 25 and present each night of the stay.
We allow up to 2 dogs, with a $200 flat fee for the entire stay 🐾
8 guests maximum regardless of age. $35/night/guest after 6 guests

WATER RISK – This home is located on the water. You shall be responsible to take the appropriate precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of your guests and children.

🛶KAYAK AND PADDLEBOARD RENTAL
We have 1 double kayak with 2 oars and 1 paddleboard with an oar available to rent, along with the life jackets mentioned above.
Rental fee: $90 flat per stay

The outdoor fire pit is available for guest use, and we provide firewood!
Please note: The indoor fireplace is not available due to safety and insurance reasons.

BIKES:
We have 4 well-loved beach cruiser bikes available for your use—fully functional with a bit of rust and charm! They're perfect for a sunrise ride on the beach or a quick trip to a local café, but definitely not built for speed—so no triathlons, please! 😄

The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house, across A1A, and onto a private walkway. No stairs, just a sloping boardwalk, but you will be crossing a road.
