Nice winter stay

We escaped the cold, snowy winter to stay in Arizona for 6 weeks. It was a good location with stores and restaurants nearby.

Clean, nice bathrooms, loved the pool table, property owner was responsive and tried to address problems .2 things that would make i better was the mattresses where not comfortable and needed a railing going into pool.The TV was great and would stay again was pleasant to deal with. Only suggestio

Thanks for your review that’s your personal opinion I happen to like my beds when I stay there it helps my back no railing needed in the pool it’s 5 ft to the deep end most people can stand up in the pool and I have a fence around the pool for safety too….My house is a great value and vibe …Next time try’s a house in Scottsdale I guarantee it will be twice the price …I love staying in my house personally ….Thanks again for the stay!

We travel with our 2 dogs & never expect the homes to be fancy, just basic accommodations Open arrival to this house we realized there was no where is eat meals. No kitchen table/chairs. There are bar stools at the peninsula but they are the wrong height (bar height not counter height) . We ended up going to Costco to buy 2 folding chairs & used a random decretive table to eat at. Listing is not truthful. There is NO hot tub, there is no foosball table as pictured, the pool table is trashed from being out in the elements. We had beautiful weather when we were there but could never use the pool. Day 1 I notified the owner that water was cold. He sent multiple pool people out. They said the heater can't be fixed. He ordered a new one & had it installed by a plumber & pool guy. It never heated up the water. Pool guy said it was set to 80 & should work but the water never got above 69. The back yard is total dirt!! There are dozens of wild cats in the neighborhood & they all use it as their litter box. Cat poop everywhere & reeked of cat urine. Was not able to be in back yard because of the smell. They is only 1 smoke detector in the whole house & it did not work. It is code in AZ & most states that detectors need to be in all bedrooms & in a common area. All the furniture is very uncomfortable. The mattresses are horrible!! they are about 3"thick & offer no support. We stacked 2 mattress on top of each other to try to sleep. We left 1 month early.

Don’t let this person stay at your house she broke my heater left my house upside down and tries to leave half way through her stay so she can get a refund never tried to reach out to me …very bad experience

Pool House

House was very hot on our arrival (90 degrees) as recent storms turned off automatic thermostat; but house cooled within a few hours. House was missing several key items like propane grill with no propane, charcoal grill and no charcoal, no spatula, no pot holders, etc. Otherwise house was very clean and was as pictured

Amazing birthday staycation

Honestly better than what i imagined and than the pictures themselves. My family and i spent my birthday weekend there and we all loved it! The pool table and foosball table are a little warn out and banged up bit nothing major that would make me want to subtract any stars! And omg the pool! Spent most of the time there and its perfect, very clean and perfect temp!!! Loaded with all the essentials (towels, linens, blankets, soap, shampoo, dishes etc) and very modern appliances! I would 100% recommend and definitely would love to book again in the future. The entire process was so quick and smooth and had absolutely no issues!! Thank you for making my birthday an amazing one

If you just want to hang out and not use the kitchen then this place is perfect for you. Teens enjoyed the pool table. But I got a house vs a hotel because I wanted to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my kids. There were pots and pans but NO kitchen utensils to cook with, no potholders, no mixing bowls, no cooking spray, no paper towels/napkins. Also there was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 days of rent! Needless to say I had to hit the store for way more than I expected. Otherwise, the house was clean, plenty of bath towels and bed linens, and no goat heads in the backyard which we all appreciated!

Surprisingly Good

Property is pretty much as advertised. It seems to be going through an overall upgrade. Kitchen is new with nice island and appliances. Bathrooms are updated with nice showers. WiFi was robust enough for streaming which was a plus. Washer/Dryer were easy to operate.Arrival had some bumps as the entry screen door had been accidentally locked by the turnover crew. Owner quickly dispatched a locksmith and problem was solved. Owner also provided a credit back for the inconvenience, which was unexpected, but appreciated.We couldn't locate the general information sheet/packet but owner was responsive and verbally provided info and key locations. Kitchen pots/pans/utensils could use some updating for our likes, but adequate as-is.The "Oasis" looks like it will continue to improve. Take a chance on it.
