Parking On-Site Is $10 dollars Per Vehicle per day for your stay. We discounted our daily stay nightly rate to offset the parking fee charged by the HOA Resort. No Trailers Allowed Only During Bike Week.
Parking is paid at the security guard entrance gate, credit card only. They will issue you a parking emblem.

Nonsmoking or vaping unit! A fee of $350 dollars will be implemented to clean and ozonate the air.

Exterior front door has ring doorbell camera for security.

2 codes provided by owner (resort gate entrance code and condo door lock code.)
