Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Bay House is located on SR30A near Hunts Oysters, St Joe Shrimp Company & Presnell's Marina. Best of all, Bay House has a central location between Cape San Blas and Port St Joe. An open floor plan provides ample space for energy to flow, while an abundance of windows highlights the surrounding nature. Opt for fishing in the pond or launch for a day at Presnell's Marina. No catch equals no worries with restaurant choices in town. Enjoy optional golf privileges at St. Joseph Bay or beach it at Salinas Park. A large open lawn offers ample parking and space for all your toys; boat, trailer, and even RV parking. Pool access is available at the County Club, nearly a1 minute drive, with day/weekly passes available.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a luxurious attached bathroom. The bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The views from the primary overlook hole #12. There is a SMART television in case watching real-live golf is not appealing.

There are 3 additional guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms accommodate the following:
Guest bedroom 1: one king bed with television, attached bath
Guest Bedroom 2: one king bed with television, attached bath
Guest Bedroom 3: two single beds with television, shared bath
Guest Bedroom 4: queen, bed with television, shared bath

The main living area offers an open floor plan with 18+ ceilings, gas fireplace, & SMART television. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts high end finishes and luxurious Kitchenaid appliances such as a wine cooler, free standing ice maker, gas stove-top, double ovens, private laundry & whole home water filtration system.

Additionally, the front and rear porches are screened for comfort, great options for outdoor dining. There is limited light pollution making stargazing truly magical. Bay House offers stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Nearly no restrictions, Bay House cannot be beat!
