This piece of paradise is located in the heart of Panama City Beach with direct access to the sugar white sands and emerald water of the beautiful Florida gulf coast. This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6, is a haven for relaxation and comfort, with all of the amenities to make your beach vacation unforgettable. Park right outside the front door - no worrying about lugging heavy bags across huge parking garages, no waiting for elevators, and no taking flights of stairs. Once you walk through the door, you will immediately feel at home. The condo comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, full size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, crockpot, and blender. All dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided for your convenience. The sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer available for guests. The private patio is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or to feel the ocean breeze as you wind down from your day in the sun.

The condo's dog-friendly policy means that your furry friend can come along for the ride, exploring the local area and making new memories with you. Being on the ground floor will make it easy for you and your pup to go for walks around the property.

Enjoy the privacy of a gated, low density complex and the convenience of a central location. Sugar Beach Condominiums is a peaceful complex with beautiful landscaping and serene ponds where you can feed the resident turtles and fish. The pool is the perfect spot to hangout after spending the day at the beach. Restrooms and outdoor showers are located conveniently to the beach and pool. The property is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, you won't even need to drive anywhere!

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not provided with linens, so guests will need to bring their own. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:

All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival. Guests can pick up their parking pass and wristbands at the Sugar Beach front office. Guests who bring their dog will need to register with the same link.

Parking pass is required. $37 per car paid to Sugar Beach HOA

Pets or Animals Allowed:
Pets are allowed and welcome! 2 dogs (max), no weight limit. The Sugar Beach HOA does have breed restrictions, so please get approval from the owner before booking your stay!

Failure to get approval before bringing a dog will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

There is a non-refundable pet fee paid to the owner upon booking and another non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the HOA. This fee must be paid a week before your arrival date.

Pet fee paid to owner: $50 (this goes towards the extra cleaning fee). If this is not paid upon booking, the owner will send an extra charge to make sure this fee is covered.

⦁ Pet fee paid to HOA: 3 nights or less: $80 (1 dog), $120 (2 dogs)

4 nights or more: $150 (1 dog), $200 (2 dogs)


The following rules must be followed when bringing a dog. Failure to comply with these rules will results in an additional $150 cleaning charge.

1. Dogs must be crated when the guest is not in the condo

2. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at all.

3. Owners must vacuum and or sweep prior to departure to clean up any excessive dog hair. Our cleaning crew has a short window to get ready for our next guests, and do not have time to clean up excessive dog hair.

4. Dogs must remain on a leash when on Sugar Beach property.

5. Owners must pick up after their dogs.

6. Excessive barking during quiet hours may result in Sugar Beach management asking the guest to leave.

Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
