Great home with pool and great for families!

Great central location with fully stocked kitchen. Coffee shops within walking distance and downtown attractions are just a short drive. Greg and Alanna are great at communicating. Smooth check-in process. Perfect place for the family. We look forward to going back!

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Honestly, the best VRBO property my family has stayed at in Austin! Just bring your toothbrush - this home has everything you need. Great location, wonderfully appointed. The pool (with fans and misting system) were the main reason I booked this property and we just loved it. The house being so beautiful was just the cherry on top. I hope we are able to stay again in the future (we try to visit family in Austin area once a year). Smooth communication before and during stay. We just loved this home and hope to be back next year!!

ACL 2024 Trip

Our group stayed here for ACL and we absolutely LOVED everything about it (location, home, amenities, etc....)! It was only about 4 miles from our destination to ACL and super convenient. Lots of great places to shop, eat around as well. And the home has everything you need. The host was super responsive and helpful as well. Would recommend this 100% and hopefully we can come back! Thank you

Great house, close to Austin and restaurants.

The property is lovely with remodeled rooms and the owner kept us very well informed. The pool was great, but difficult to keep clean due to trees, but not at fault of owner. The house is located centrally to many local restaurants and close to Austin, which fit our needs nicely. Note that it is the 2nd house off a main street with a gas station directly behind, but it was quiet enough to sleep without issue. The area itself was a bit sketchy but we did feel safe. We did have a few bugs, but that's to be expected in Texas. Overall, very nice stay and family had fun. We would rent the property again if occasion arose.

A Rarity - What we all hope our rentals would be.

This house is, without a doubt, the best VRBO/Airbnb rental I’ve ever experienced. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making everything easy to use and enjoy. Greg is the ideal host—he promptly answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He even created short, helpful videos on how to operate the home’s features, like the microwave-oven, which made everything so much easier. I love to cook, and while many listings claim to have a "chef’s kitchen," this is the first one that truly delivered. The knives were sharp (a rarity!), and every cooking utensil, pot, and pan was in excellent condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The outdoor features, like the pool, deck, and firepit, were fantastic for the kids and kept everyone entertained for hours. Inside, the house was perfectly appointed, from plush towels to quality sheets and all the essentials. It genuinely felt like staying in a close friend’s home—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning!

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

My family and I were in Austin and needed a place to stay that was convenient to everything that Austin offers, but we didn't want to be downtown. This house is an easy drive to downtown and has quick access to MoPac or 35 when we had to go to North Austin. It was also an easy drive from the airport. When we weren't out and about, we were thrilled to spend time in the home. The outdoor living was amazing. The pool was so fun, with a great shallow ledge area for little kids to play on. The deck has a great sunshade and the fans and misters were such a nice touch to stay cool. One night, we used the outside movie screen to watch a movie and roast marshmallows at the firepit. Indoors, the house is well set up. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook and have meals. The living area is open to the kitchen, so it's wonderful to all be together. My kids loved the loft in the bunk room, they didn't want to come down when it was time to go. One day we walked across the street to get breakfast - there were a couple options within walking distance, but we loved Austin Java. Alanna was a great host. Instructions were clear for entry and for what we needed to do upon departure. Everything was as advertised. Overall, this is a great house for a family vacation or reunion. It has easy access to all Austin has to offer and was a great space to spend time in as well. We will definitely come back again when we need to visit Austin.
