The large patio is the perfect place to gather. Fire up the grill, enjoy your morning coffee, take in the fresh air, or sip a glass of wine under the shade.

The space
Comfortable and tastefully Texan styled for your Austin, Texas trip. Well suited to entertain friends and families.

Guest access
The whole home and pool available to yourselves.

Exterior Cameras
The parameter/outside of the home is monitored by cameras for security and insurance purposes. They are not actively monitored, as I have a life and your privacy is held in high regard.

4 parking spots on the driveway and ample along the street (the garage is not available).
Other things to note
- Hot tub can be heated, but pool is not heated.
- For safety, Sauna only available November through March during the cooler months.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
