The Space:
Hosting up to 8 guests, the open-concept layout features a chefâs kitchen, spacious dining area, modern fireplace, and a living space bathed in natural light through 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether settling in for the evening, or gathering at the outdoor fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs and Mexican blankets, every gathering feels unforgettable. Wellness is at the heart of Outbound Ranch. Rejuvenate in the outdoor sauna with its picture window framing the landscape, refresh in the outdoor cold shower, and soak beneath the night sky in the private hot tub. Thoughtfully designed spaces inside and out make it easy to relax, reconnect, and restore. From sunrise views on the porch to evenings under dark-sky stars, Outbound Ranch offers a private, modern Hill Country escape where luxury meets wellness.

- Master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twin beds and 1 full bed)
- 2 full bathrooms; master bathroom ensuite with double sink and spacious walk in shower + hall bathroom with stand in shower shared between 2nd and 3rd bedroom (no tubs)
- Large kitchen with brand new GE cafe appliances with both regular and Keurig coffee maker, and Kettle, toaster and blender
- Washer/Dryer available
- Weber Charcoal grill, please bring your owner charcoal
- Electric Indoor Fireplace
- Outdoor Fire pit, please bring your own firewood
- Additional amenities outdoor seating and corn hole for leisure activities. Plus, there's a picnic table nestled under an oak tree for al fresco dining.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
- Outdoor Shower: The outdoor shower is not available for use during the winter/colder months to prevent pipe damage from freezing temperatures typical in the Hill Country. It is only accessible during warmer months, from March to mid-October. Thank you!
