Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish luxury apartment built over the garage of our family home in the best neighborhood in Carbondale. Easy walking access to the Crystal River, easy bike ride to restaurants and shops downtown. Hiking, fishing, golf, hot springs, biking and more... all minutes away from this great location in Carbondale. World-class skiing in Aspen-Snowmass is a 45 minute drive, while the small town skiing experience of Sunlight Mountain Resort is about a 30 minute drive.
This apartment has all the luxuries and amenities you could want. A comfortable queen bed in a bedroom with mountain views out both windows. A living room with a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a desk and the TV. A walk-through closet leads from bedroom to bathroom, and contains the washer and dryer. A second door into the bathroom from the living room provides access to bathroom while affording privacy to both sleeping areas. Fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, two counter top burners, a counter top oven, dishwasher and microwave. There’s a little dining table just big enough for four people between the kitchen area and the living room. The bathroom is clean and spacious with an over-sized walk-in tile and glass shower. The whole apartment makes great use of space and feels bigger than it is. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all or start your next adventure.
The apartment is over the garage and is completely isolated from the house. The apartment space is all yours, including the private stairs and entry door.
We’re usually around if you need anything during your visit, otherwise we’ll give you all the privacy the very separate apartment affords. You may see us coming and going, but otherwise you’ll feel like you are not on a shared property.

Kitchen.
You may notice in the photos that there is no built-in stove in the apartment, but the kitchen does have everything you need to cook gourmet meals. There are two high-output commercial induction burners, a large counter-top toaster oven/air fryer, and a microwave, as well as all the utensils and pots and pans you could need. You can boil water, sauté, and bake something simultaneously.

Parking.
In order for us to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we can only allow one vehicle per reservation. Please inquire if you have questions or for more details regarding parking. Thank you.
