Please note: This unit does not have AC and is located on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to access. The studio does not have a direct view of the river but includes full access to the shared riverside patio.

The historic Redstone Inn, located just a short walk from the Villas, offers day passes to their outdoor swimming pool for a small fee (subject to availability and seasonal hours). We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. Rental Policies
This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

To help keep base pricing lower for smaller groups, there is an additional charge for occupancy beyond two adults.
