This beautiful, modern apartment is nestled in De Waterkant, one of the trendiest areas in Cape Town. The property features a spacious open plan living/dining area with a balcony, a fully equipped modern kitchen & bathroom, a lovely loft bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a communal pool & braai/ bbq area. On the fan mile, within walking distance to shops, eateries and transport, our apartment provides all the elements for relaxing, comfortable and easy-care living.

- We have strict no parties, no events and no smoking policy. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning services required. Please do not book if you are intending to party.
- Keys MUST be returned to the lockbox upon checkout and please be careful not to get locked out during your stay. A fee will be charged for any callouts to provide access to the property during your stay OR to the next guests if keys are not returned to the lockbox.
- Please be mindful to not lose keys. If keys are lost, a fee per keyset will be charged for replacements.
