The dining space features a sleek round dining table with comfy seating
for two, while the lounge is thoughtfully furnished with a L-shaped
sofa, a coffee table, and a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television,
creating the perfect spot for entertaining. Sliding doors open onto the
balcony overlooking the lively Greenmarket Square with outdoor
furniture creating an intimate sitting area to enjoy a lovely cup of
coffee.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with nightstands on
either side and a spacious wardrobe. The property also includes a

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
