Flucht in den endlosen Sommer: Morgenkaffee und Grillabende mit Zugang zu zwei Gemeinschaftspools für grenzenlosen Familienspaß!

Hi Stephanie! When you booked your reservation through VRBO, the last name provided differed from the one given over the phone. We had two team members speak with you and your mother simultaneously. Given the circumstances, we were not sure who should receive the detailed property information. The Welcome Guide, which included the door code and physical address, was delivered to the phone number on file. To ensure the safety of our guests, we require specific information to verify their identity. This protocol helps us confirm that we are speaking to the correct guest before sharing reservation details. I apologize for the inconvenience of not finding the home. We do ask our guests to review the Welcome Guide, which includes all the pertinent property information. I also wish we had been given the opportunity to address the cleaning issues during your stay. This does not meet our standards, and we are immediately addressing these issues with our cleaning staff. Your experience is not reflective of the quality we strive to provide. Kind regards, The New Wave Vacation Rentals Team

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your time at Endless Summer. We sincerely apologize for the minor issues you experienced during your stay. Pest control sprays monthly. Unfortunately, on the island when we have rain storms pests come out. Since your departure we have sent pest control over. We had our maintenance assess the low water pressure. It has been taken care of. Thank you for the recommendation. We at Silver Sands, look forward to seeing you on your future stay in Port Aransas.

Thank you for posting a review. We love Endless Summer and are so happy that you had a great time. We do appreciate letting us know about the closet hangers as well and we have put some in there.
