This beautifully designed four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal charm. Just minutes from the beach, Shore Thang is ideal for families, friends, or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in a stunning setting.

The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept living area bathed in natural light. Comfortable seating, modern coastal décor, and a large flat-screen TV create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of sun and sand. The kitchen is both functional and beautiful, featuring a large center island, stainless steel appliances, custom backsplash, and elegant pendant lighting. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating with views of the outdoors, making it a wonderful space for shared meals and laughter.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Two spacious king suites each include private ensuite bathrooms and thoughtful design touches for a peaceful retreat. A cozy queen bedroom offers easy access to a nearby full bathroom, and the fourth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two full-over-twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or additional guests.

Each of the three full bathrooms is styled with contemporary finishes, including tiled showers and modern vanities, while a convenient half bath adds flexibility for guests. A laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer makes longer stays a breeze.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
