The Space:

Welcome to your spacious 3,600-square-foot coastal retreat in Indian Harbour Beach, designed with families and groups in mind. This beautifully updated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome features beach-inspired décor, generous gathering spaces, a private pool, outdoor games, and convenient access to the beach.



The comfortable living room includes a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Upstairs, the loft offers a Foosball table and comfortable seating for additional entertainment. Two bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms.

Guests also have access to the ForteBello Beachside community pool, featuring loungers, a pergola, and a shaded cabana area. Scenic walking paths surround the community pond.



Nearby activities include jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals, Paddle & Oars Park, and the local yacht club. Grocery stores and shopping centers are minutes away, while the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex is approximately 25 minutes from the home.



Guests have full private access to the townhome. A unique door code will be provided before arrival and will activate at check-in time for convenient contactless entry. The Guest Portal includes the door code, Wi-Fi details, parking instructions, and other helpful stay information. Guest Services is available if assistance is needed.



Parking Information:

• Two vehicles may park in the garage.

• Four vehicles may park in the driveway.

• Do not block any driveway.

• Street parking is not permitted.

• Two additional parking areas are available between 146 and 148 Mediterranean Way and between 162 and 164 Mediterranean Way.

• Do not use the pool area or street for additional parking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.

Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet, close-knit barrier island community on Florida's Space Coast — known for its unhurried pace, clean beaches, and genuinely local feel. The area around Mediterranean Way sits within easy reach of Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park, with a walkable main strip of cafes, shops, and casual dining connecting the neighborhood to the shore. It's a great fit for families, multi-generational groups, and anyone seeking a real Florida beach town experience away from the bustle of more commercialized tourist areas.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated.

• This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs.
