Located across the street from Bayview Park in Brant Beach, perfect for families and friends. Plenty to do within walking distance: large playground with a covered pavilion and bay beach, Pickleball courts, basketball courts, dog park, water sport rentals, and walking distance to ice cream.
Located right up the street from the weekly free beach and bay concerts. Short walk to the ocean, with a traffic light close for easy Boulevard crossing to the beach.
**Close to the Brant Beach yacht club- a great location if you are in town for wedding or sailing events! What more could you ask for?
Quaint, classic LBI cape style, well equipped house that is perfect for making LBI summer vacation memories.

Super great location. Close to Bayview park for kayaking etc, custard hut and lots of other fun spots to eat, and if you are here to race at Brant Beach YC you will be 4 easy blocks. Kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor shower is the best !

Amazing views

We had the pleasure of staying in this cozy bayside rental recently. It has a great location with a quick walk to the beach and an awesome bay view from the upper porch. It was well equipped and comfy. We plan to stay again in the future!

Short beach trip to LBI

Our first time at LBI and this house suited us perfectly. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and can’t say enough good things about the location. Bay views are wonderful and right next to the park which was great for our 3 year old. The short walk to the beach and also the pizza/ice cream shop also added to the quality of our stay.

Perfect for what we needed

Stayed at Sunset Cove after labor day, I luv LBI after the hustle bustle. Able to dine in restaurants that are usually over 2 hr wait, able to park conveniently at shops, etc. The house waa a great location, clean, couldnt ask for any amenities they were well stocked with anything you need. Lovely area wiyh great views, privacy, and nice neighbors. My puppy loved the outdoors also. Cant wsit to stay again. Maureen was awesome and attentive. Great access to beach also.

Perfect get away

We truly enjoyed staying here. The place is just perfect and a fabulous location. Everything was provided (even though we used our own linens) and we literally felt at home. The neighbors are very nice and we made new friends along the way. It’s a short walk to the beach and the bay views are absolutely stunning!!

Rental on the bay.

Great little place by the bay. Loved the water views & the quiet neighborhood. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pickleball courts & park next door. Being from out of state it was nice having sheets & towels provided but challenging getting them washed & dried before rushing to r planes. Would want to stay longer next time.

Great location with daily sunset!

Terrific spot accessible via quick drive to both Beach Haven and Surf City. Super quick walk to the beach. Not the most updated kitchen/DR and I would recommend they clean out closets from extra materials/"stuff" -- but great communication and a great place for a family of 4-6 people! Always love having an outdoor shower and the views/beach accessibility are amazing.

Very nice hosts

Nice location, very nice hosts. There were not screens on all the windows. Existing screens were dirty. The towels were in poor condition. Bedding was fine. There were no closets in the bedrooms.

The house has brand new air conditioning, so most guests don’t open windows, but there are screens on all the sliding doors and frequently used windows. The house is power washed yearly including screens. We’re located in close proximity to the bay, so screens will most likely never be perfect. But I’ll check and clean them this week. There are not closets in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. However, there is a closet outside of the rooms next to the gray futon, and dressers in both rooms. There IS a closet in the downstairs bedroom, as well as a fully stocked linen cabinet. Towels are not listed as included in the rental, but there are over 20 towels available to choose from for our guests convenience. Most towels are only 1-2 years old. Unfortunately, some of the best towels seem to disappear throughout the season. I will bring more new towels this week, and label them so that guests don’t accidentally swap them with their own. We’re glad you enjoyed your vacation, and are surprised you only gave 3 stars considering all of the positive compliments you gave during your stay. We are proud that most of our reviews are 5’s and strive for our guests to have the best vacation ever! We are constantly improving the property as years go on.

Several weeks at the bay

We stayed at this house for a few weeks and had a great time. The house is very comfortable, clean and the location is perfect. Cannot beat the view of the bay from the porch. Pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. We launched our kayak steps from the front door into the bay. Also easy to rent paddle boards and kayaks in the park nearby. And an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you might need and the grill is new.

On the Bay

First VRBO rental. House had everything you needed, however my husband and are in our late 60's and weren't prepared to make and strip beds and launder them. We never used the kitchen area at all. We ate our meals out. I think we are Motel/Hotel clientele.

Amazing Memories made

Me and my family and small dog stayed at Maureens beautiful house on the bay for a very long weekend. Everything was clean and as it looked on the site. The view is priceless and even better in person. It is close to everything on the island, but the bay beach and park is steps away. The kids and us loved it!!! There was even a food truck and a Memorial Day celebration right there and fireworks, which we had the best view on the island! The rooms were great, everything is there that you could need- soap, sheets, towels. And the rooms were very nicely decorated. Communication with Maureen was also great before and during and after. We can’t wait to stay again. Im hopeful for this summer again! Thanks Maureen. We had a great family vacation!!!

Highs and lows

First the highs: the location and views are fantastic; the king bed in the master is great; downstairs furniture and decor were nicely done; kitchen was upgraded, but a slightly awkward layout. The lows: unless you subscribe to Roku or Netflix, you won’t be watching much tv; neither bathroom had tp holders; inadequate kitchen knife set, try finding one that actually cuts; neither upstairs bedroom has a closet, the second bedroom doesn’t have a chest of drawers, and the bathroom for that bedroom is down stairs in a power room sized room with a tiny shower; the blinds in the master were broken and wouldn’t’ close. Lots of little things, most of which can be fixed. Our host, Maureen seems great, and I’m sure she’ll get to them. Best for a couple or a family of 4or 5.
