The space is a freshly renovated villa that allows access to the amenities at Rumbling Bald Resort!

This platinum level villa is bright, welcoming and newly renovated! This unit includes a queen size bed, a comfortable queen sized pull out couch, a large TV with streaming services, Hulu Live, and high speed internet.
This villa includes a fully stocked kitchen!! It has a refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, griddles, a two burner glass cooktop, and microwave. We also stock a coffee bar with plenty of coffee, cream, and sugar to get your day started off right.

*******Please Note: This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities of Rumbling Bald Resort.
Upon arrival, there is a notebook with all pertinent information about the villa, resort, local attractions and activities.

Housekeeping Supplies: Towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for your stay. A starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also included. We also provide a starter amount of paper towels. If you need any other supplies during your stay, Highlands Market is very convenient, located at the entrance of Apple Valley Villa.

This property is non-smoking and no animals are allowed due to allergies(Please do not ask for an exception). This property does not have a water view.

Please note: the water level of Lake Lure is reduced every year from approximately Jan 1st-May 1st for necessary maintenance. More information can be found on the Town of Lake Lure website.

No pets are allowed due to allergies in our family. Please do not ask for an exception to this rule. If any pet is found in the suite or on the porch, all guests will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
