Fairway Townhouse: Breathtaking views at Lake Lure

Enjoy the mountains and the lake at this gorgeous end-unit townhome located inside of Rumbling Bald Resort. Relax as you take in a mountainous lake view from the upstairs and downstairs back patios and a view of the golf course from the upstairs and downstairs patios in the front!

Access two premier golf courses, seasonal outdoor pools and Lazy River, indoor pool with hot tub, steam room and sauna, mini golf, tennis and Pickle Ball courts, restaurants, boat tours & rentals and so much more.
The space
The Living Room has a sectional with a tv and open space and large front window. That leads to the kitchen where there is a half bath off the kitchen. The Master has a king bed with its own private bathroom and workspace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two full beds with twins over each (bunkbed top beds recommended for kids over the age of 6 and weight limit of 250 pounds)

The view out the back windows has an unobstructed view over a golf course with a downstairs and upstairs outdoor patio to relax and watch! The front of the unit has a lake view also with an upstairs and a downstairs outdoor viewing patio.

Enjoy all the seasonal activities that Rumbling Bald Resort has to offer including two golf courses, three outdoor pools and lazy river, kayak and canoe rentals at the beach cabana or hit some balls at the driving range. You also have access to complementary gym and fitness trials starting at the wellness center on site, spa and salon dog park for guest use behind the Troutstream pool.

If you decide to venture out, it’s an easy 30 minute drive to Asheville to visit breweries and the Biltmore estates.

Don’t forget your dogs are family too and are allowed and we provide a dog bed and water bowls. There is a $95 pet fee for having a dog.

Guests have access to the entire end unit townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, front deck balconies in laundry each bedroom has a 34 inch TV.

Guests will have an electronic key card for access to all amenities. Some amenities do have extra rental fees such as golf mini golf ($5/person), salon and spa for people over the age of 13 will need a badge to access amenities if a badge is lost. Please report it immediately a $100 fee will be assessed for any lost badges.
