I had stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes. This was one of the cutest and cleanest locations I have stayed in. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. We would 100% recommend and stay there again. The attention to detail was exceptional.

This was a great place to stay. It is very convenient, being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on the Square, but far enough away to be quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. On top of all that, the place was beautifully decorated, which made it a pleasure to come “home” each evening.

If you are looking for THE most adorable place to stay in Georgetown, you cannot go wrong with this precious cottage. It’s beautifully appointed with the most comfortable king size bed. The retro kitchen with the pink appliances may be the cutest kitchen I’ve ever been in. And don’t forget the selection of delicious treats from local places. It’s really one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in anywhere.

The Pearl cottage is absolutely charming - a perfect place to stay and relax while in the area. The house is beautifully styled, clean and very well maintained. Lots of extras too! We had a great time staying at The Pearl! The location was fantastic- we were able to walk to the square in less than 5 minutes. The house was ADORABLE. The decor was functional and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We will be back!

Everything about this property is wonderful. The location is very close to the town square with shopping and restaurants. The amenities of the home are not usually found in other properties. The host went above and beyond to support us.

We loved our quick stay in Georgetown! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in after location to the main square with tons of food and shopping options. The house is well stocked with quality linens, snacks and water waiting in the kitchen and any extras needed were available like coffee, robes and extra bedding.
