The well-equipped, full kitchen features everything you need to make it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

Outside, you'll find a shared patio where you can relax and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower is also shared among the three cottages on the property, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and the bay, you'll have easy access to all that Ocean City has to offer. Spend your days lounging on the beach, strolling along the boardwalk, or trying your hand at water sports on the bay.

For a bit of local flavor, be sure to check out the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and amusements for the whole family to enjoy. Things to Know
Two parking spaces on the driveway. Additional metered street parking and paid lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking lots and meters are enforced between April 1 and October 31.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
