The location was great so we were able to walk to different places and the condo was spacious enough so you had plenty of room to spread out.

Great time in myrtle

We had a great time. Management was very on top of answering questions when asked. Only down side was that the elevator was very temperamental and only worked on occasion.

Great time

My family and I which was ten adults and one child had a great time. The myrtle beach villa 304A where we stayed was clean and kept in good condition. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. The kitchen was clean. We enjoyed our stay and most definitely will stay there again. The beds were comfortable. No complaints!

Clean and spacious

Railing on balcony overlooking pool was ziptied and about to break. Had to keep littles away from it. Dryer was old and put holes in clothes. Overall a great condo close to everything

The property& pool were nice but there was old food left in refrigerator. The dishwasher had mold growing in it. The toaster didn't work, griddle was missing heating element, no soap in bathrooms, and no dish soap.

Great location Need updates

Unit is in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of activities. Directly across street from beach. Due to beach front high rises, no direct view of beach but their is public beach access right next door. Appliances and kitchen and bathrooms are functional but should be upgraded. 2 fridges come in handy with large family. Lighting for the two kitchen tables should be redone as it's not directly above either.

Only issue

The only issue, which couldn’t be totally helped by y’all but you should be aware of. The occupants in 305A were ridiculously loud into the wee hours of the night and their children kept trying to open the door in between units. Would I book with y’all again most definitely.

Unit in Disrepair

Worn out and unkept furniture ragged and/or sinking to floor, upholstery particles coming off onto guests clothing. Refrigerator shelves wobbly; in need of repair, won’t really cool and wouldn’t defrost. Refrigerator glass fell out. Hazardous balcony held together with a zip tie. No maintenance on site for plumbing/plunger and other issues. No signs or phone number to call displayed in unit. Great location. Spacious but needs attention.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Now I know why myrtle gets a current bad reputation. If it were Florida, we'd be calling it Daytona. Property was secure and will accommodate large groups, but if anyone was charged damage fees in the past, the money was definitely NOT used for much needed repairs, especially for the going rate. Low flow shower heads and beach sandy floors don't mix. We found not one piece of comfortable furniture, and it all needs updating. Again for the rates charged for a weekend. Over $2400. They're not ready for the summer season however I'm sure they're overbooked for it.

Great Place for Large Group!

Wonderful place, location is great. Big enough for a large group. Parking was easy, security was on site. We loved the pool and hot tubs, beach within walking distance.

The A/C in our unit 304A was not working for 3 days. It took almost 5 days to get it fixed. After Wednesday when it was fixed everyone slept much better. Everything else was fine.

Good Location…Spacious

We had great access to all the great things MB has to offer. The pool was nice. Hot tub was enjoyable. Only one was working. The place itself was good. Plenty of room for the 18 of us. I would suggest some better lighting in the common areas. Dinning room and kitchen. Kitchen could use some upgrades as well. More utensils, an updated toaster and griddle and more cups to accommodate a large group. Easy access to the beach was nice. Parking was tight especially for a 15 passenger van. Great shops nearby. Lots of activities.

Large family gathering

The property was spacious for our large family. There were 16 people and 2 babies. It was clean and accommodating. Very close to the beach. An address clearly posted on building would have been helpful. Close to everything.

Perfect stay

The stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly. There’s not a better location in Myrtle for a golf trip. There is a convention store,liquor store and an amazing breakfast place all within 100yards... highly recommend.

It looked clean but was not clean

Our kids got into bed and sand was still on the sheets from previous people. The second fridge did not work. Called maintenance twice told me if nothing wrong I would have to pay service call. No way. It should work. And dryer knob broke while using it and it sparked. We had to fix dryer. Maintenance is horrible. The bed upstairs kept falling off bed frame bc it was to big for it. Should never have been that way. It was conveniently located across from beach which was the only nice part of the vaca. Parking does not accommodate large SUV or trucks very well. And elevator is slow as molasses.

Hi Angie, I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately there are some very basic inaccuracies with your comments. The sheets are completely replaced after every rental, the statement that sand was in the sheets from a previous guest would be impossible. Also, our maintenance team assessed the fridge, found an issue, and completely replaced the refrigerator - all of this was at no cost to you. The dryer and bed were never mentioned during your stay. Finally, hundreds of people park vans and SUVs in the parking lot all year and have no issues. We appreciate your business and feel sorry that despite our best efforts we did not meet your standards.
