The ranch house has contains 3 full baths, updated master bath (heated towel rack, shower jets) and fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces (one is open on both sides), and large living and family rooms. 2 bedrooms are completely furnished with new queen size beds. The other bedrooms have either a new full size bed or a new full size top-end futon and contain closets and storage space. Two new queen size and one new full size air mattresses are also available for use. There are also two new pack and plays and one high chair available for use. The dining room has a large dining room table in which leafs can be added to accommodate 12 or more guests. The house has wireless internet, full cable (if requested), and several couches and chairs that create an intimate atmosphere. The basement contains a new gas dryer and washing machine.

The house is located on a quiet 0.7 acres approximately 1 mile from famous Broad Ripple Village (over 40 pubs and restaurants within a few blocks) and approx 8 miles from the stadium and downtown Indianapolis, with a large driveway that can easily handle a dozen or more cars. Public transit is within a few blocks. The backyard contains a gas grill and large open area ideal for weddings, family meetings and games, etc. I am a wonderful host and can create an atmosphere to meet all your expectations. If the weather results in snow, i will remove the snow daily from the driveway.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house. Transportation will also be provided if needed.
Other things to note
The house also has two large canopies with numerous chairs and portable tables that can be set up outdoors. Ample parking is readily available on the property due to two long driveways. Also if needed, cars can be parked on the street in front of the property. Note: due to a recent national mandate by Airbnb, absolutely no events or parties will be allowed on this property.
