It was built in 2011, 270m2, it has two floors and is situated on 2,000 m2 of private land, quiet, of which 400 m2 are garden with lawn, flowers, shrubs and grasses, wood oven, barbecue and an ideal outdoor dining area with beautiful veranda with comfortable furniture.
Inside there is a well equipped kitchen and an open plan area with fireplace, sofa and doors to the dining terrace
As for the bedrooms, they are all equipped with access to the garden and pool. The double room has a double bed (1.60 m) and a single bed. There is a room with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a shower and bathroom. An internal staircase leads to an impressive 100 square meter bedroom (1.80m bed) with native cypress trunk emerging through the floor to ceiling. The bathroom is open and has a jacuzzi in the middle. Sliding glass doors open onto a private lanai with stairs leading down to the pool and garden.
The dimensions of the private pool are 8mx5m. Peculiarity of the pool is that it has no chlorine as it has salt water and is equipped with a salt filtration system. It is surrounded by a comfortable lounge area, which is protected by a wall layout on both sides. Outdoor shower, toilet and parasols are placed by the pool.
In addition, there is parking for two cars in the house with a tiled pergola.
