Sundown Villa offers numerous expansive seating areas inside and outside the villa. The indoor living areas at Sundown Villa are quite spacious and have been recently refurbished with very comfortable sofas and seating areas. Lovely French doors open up wide to welcome the refreshing cool ocean winds. The décor is calm with exquisite fabrics, Caribbean furniture and marble flooring. The living room is equipped with a complete entertainment center, BOSE surround sound system, an extensive movie library, karaoke machine and board games that will keep the vacationers entertained. We can even set up outside Movie Night Entertainment.

Five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located in the main villa. The two master bedrooms are located on the ocean side and each has a private patio. Two bedrooms open into the garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with king-sized or Queen beds.

The two-story cottage has two bedrooms on each floor, with en suite bathrooms and shared kitchenettes, making it appropriate for families. The cottage has a distinct Caribbean décor, fresh, bright and clean, with lovely vaulted ceilings.
