Mark, I am sad that you feel this way about your stay. In regards to our cook, she can only prepare with the instructions given, with that said, it seemed that there were miscommunications between yourself and your wife with the staff. To address housekeeping, if a guest closes their door, all day, the staff will not enter their room. this happened several times. The youngsters, seemed to have had too much alcohol to drink and got sick a few times, again if doors are closed housekeeping would not go into room. This is the case with all villas and hotels, maybe you keep this in mind for where ever you go next. communication is key between guest and staff, or myself as the owner. I have addressed the problem with the toilet paper, so sorry for that inconvenience. Warm Regards Gizelle
