Location, Location! Located on the most prestigious street in Ogunquit. This newly remodeled home has all brand-new upscale furniture and is only 100 steps from the Marginal Way. Just imagine sitting in a rocking chair on the front deck, looking at the ocean and listening to the waves crash. Sounds dreamy, doesn't it? How about sitting in an Adirondack chair at the fire pit after an amazing day at the beach, looking at the ocean? Perkins Cove and Little Beach are a short 2/10 of a mile away in either direction. This house has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and sleeps 8. The master bedroom with a walk-in closet has an ensuite bathroom. The second queen bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom, with the third (queen bedroom) and 4th ( two twin beds) bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
There are two living rooms to enjoy. Please note, 2 homes are being built across the street. Feel free to ask for more details. Stay with us and see why Ogunquit is named one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.

The house is perfect for 5 adults. There are two living areas and plenty of bathrooms! Marginal Way is amazing! There are plenty of benches to sit on and view the beautiful water views! The home is close enough to take a day trip to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We also toured the LL Bean Flagship store in Freeport.

This property is outstanding! The location is perfect to do all things Ogunquit, York, Wells, Kennebunkport, Portland and more. Walk to fabulous restaurants and shops; explore the art scene; overlook the breathtaking cliffs; chill on the beach. The house is beautifully maintained and ideal for a family stay, including toddlers. Owners are very responsive and really insure you have everything you need. They truly delivered the WOW factor!

Memorable Stay

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with 6 girlfriends, 3 of whom we're celebrating their 60th birthday! It was a wonderful get away and we can't say enough about the property. It was a trip that will be remembered and cherished and we all hope to return. You will not be disappointed if you choose this home!

Great trip

We were 6 friends getting together to enjoy Ogunquit for a week. The house was delightful..it is well designed to accommodate couples, it was extremely clean and well appointed. We were steps from Marginal Way so great for walking daily. And clearly close to downtown for shopping and eating. We will definitely return. Thanks.

NOT sure if I know what that means but it sounds like something special and that is exactly what this place is. We decided that we wanted to do something special for our three adult daughters and we found this place. I don't think we could have made a better choice. My wife says proof of this was that the two TVs only came on once in seven days. Just a beautiful home in the perfect location, just steps away from the Marginal Way, a short walk to the shops of downtown Ogunquit or another short walk in the opposite direction to the shops and restaurants of Perkins Cove. The street is so quite you will hear a lot more of footsteps then you will ever hear of cars. The house has everything you could possibly want or need for your vacation stay. They seem to have thought of everything you will need. Going to the beach? Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cart to transport everything. Enough for a group of eight, way more than enough for our family of 5. Want to just relax outside? Two rocking chairs on the front porch that you can see and hear the ocean just across the way. Need more room? Try the back porch with chairs for eight. Want to be by a propane fire pit, there are eight Adirondack type chairs waiting there for you. We have been coming to Ogunquit for seven years now. It would be hard to image to ever find another place that could compare with this one. Kristen was great to work with. We highly recommend this place for anyone.

Family Vacation

This amazing house was just as described...literally steps from the Marginal Way. It was a great layout for a family vacation with our 3 adult children. The kitchen was really well equipped, even including everything we needed to cook lobsters for the first time!! From the games and Maine Puzzle we found in the home, smores at the Fire Pit, to rainy day Family yoga in the Living room overlooking the Atlantic we really enjoyed it all! Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful house and hosts!

We've been staying in rental properties in Ogunquit for at least 20 years and this was the best! The only downside was the construction across the street, but the noise wasn't bad at all and didn't really affect us. The house is in a great location a short distance from the Marginal way with nice views of the ocean, and has everything you could need for your visit including beach umbrellas, etc. Super clean and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and big fluffy towels. Kristen and Tom were very responsive and dealt quickly with a power outage and ensuing electrical issue. We would definitely come back another time!

Awesome stay in Ogunquit!

This house was great and exceeded our expectations! The location couldn't have been better. Its steps to Marginal Way and a 15 minute walk to the center of town. 7 Minutes to Perkins Cove. What more could you ask for? Parking for 4 cars (2 in the Garage and 2 in the driveway). The house was immaculate and newly remodeled. The way the house is split up is great. One half of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a couch, TV, large table, coffee maker and bar fridge. The kids spent most of their time in this section and there is a door between the 2 halves of the house to help keep things quite. The other half has a beautiful kitchen, community bathroom with a washer and dryer, living room with couches and a TV. The Master is in this half with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. There is a nice area outside with a firepit and 8 chairs. They supplied beach chairs and other amenities. I would definitely come back. The only downside was the construction across the street that started at 7am. Certainly not a deal breaker for us, but I felt it should be noted. Kristen the property manager, allowed us to check in early and was very pleasant. She came over when we arrived and made us feel welcome. There was a custom book to look through which rated the dining areas in town. super cool. We look forward to returning next season or maybe off season. Chris

This has to be the nicest property we have stayed at in Ogunquit over the past 26 years. Absoulutely a perfect vacation spot with easy walking access to all of what OGT has to offer. Kristen and Tom were always available if we had any questions and as usual provided the most organized and cleanest property we have ever experienced in Maine!

Perfect stay

What a great place! Three generations of our family stayed for a week in early June. The property is pristine with comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, and views of the water. The yard and outdoor seating were an added bonus. We enjoyed taking our coffee down to the Marginal Way every morning, and our kids enjoyed the easy walk to Perkins Cove for candy and ice cream. The owner was super conscientious, and this was a lovely week for everyone.

Beautiful home away from home with ocean views

We come to Maine every summer with our kids and Ogunquit has become a favorite the last few years. This by far was the best property we have stayed in the area. Its layout, furnishings and location are the best of the best. Kristin was very helpful and responsive with communication and any questions we had. This home is ideal for families with a spacious layout and great common areas. The yard and fire pit was lovely and the proximity to walking Marginal Way which is our favorite part of visiting, is perfection. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay with gorgeous views. Hope to be back time and again.

Impeccable house and location with incredible ocean views!

Both the property and the location are simply perfect! Just a few steps from the marginal way, a 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove, and AMAZING views! The house includes everything you need - grill, fire pit, beach chairs and towels, plenty of dishes, bath towels and extra blankets, super comfortable beds, board games/cards. The only thing you need to bring are your toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc). My family and I had an amazing time over Memorial Day weekend 2024 and our hosts Kristen & Tom could not have been more responsive and accommodating. All instructions were very clear and accurate. The house is one level and incredibly spacious, with two separate living areas with big screen TVs. In addition to seating at the fire pit there is another outdoor seating area in the back that can seat at least 8 people. There is parking for 4 cars. We could not have been happier and will 100% request to stay again. Ogunquit is the best, thank you again Kristen and Tom for an amazing long weekend!
