Great relaxing vacation

Very clean.Kitchen was provided with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.Screened in porch was wonderful we used it a lot.Pool was clean. Location was perfect. I came here with my sister and I hope to come back with all of my family and rent the entire building.

Great location

The property is just a short walk to the beach and to bars and restaurants. Our rental was very clean and just the right size for us. Also very friendly renters in the other units was great.

House was great! Pool was great for the kids. I do recommend an addition blankets for the twin roll away. We only had one blanket with two sheets for the two twin roll away. And i highly recommend wider curtains for in the living room where the rollaways were. The barely covered the sliders. Other the. That the house was fantastic. It was a great location for the beach. Made our little weekend getaway perfect!

Perfect Winter Get-away

Holiday House 2 is in a perfect location! We enjoyed the neighborhood feel & low traffic. The property itself was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the lanai, the pool, & the grill. And the beach is just a quick walk away. We have already booked this property for next year!

Me and my three kids stay at this property for 5 days The place is very clean in the well-maintained. The pool was amazing kids love it walk to the beach. It’s only five minutes away which is great. The house was equipped with everything for the beach. Very short walk to the restaurant Perfect location will definitely going back for another stay in this beautiful place. We had a great spring break vacation.

Great weekend Getaway

We spent three nights here. The property was clean. The cottage was nicely decorated. The pool was clean and private. Easy access to beach. Trolley pick up available to get to the village. Check in was easy. Would definitely return.

The pool of this home is professionally cleaned once a week, but given the pool does not have a cage we understand heavy rains, windblown debris and pool usage can cloud pool water between cleanings. This home has cable television but does not offer paid subscription channels. Mark we hope you'll come see us again soon!

Great location limited comfort and amenities

Great location and nice recent renovations. Didn’t have the amenities for a two week stay. Bedroom lacking quite a bit. Two small nightstands, no dresser, hard mattress, cheap noisy ceiling fan. Kitchen clean but I didn’t plan on hand washing dishes for two weeks. Dishwasher useless since so few dishes, glassware, utensils and pans to run a load. Nice supply of beach chairs and toys.

Great little place!

This place is great for a couple or a small family! We stayed with our toddler and there was just enough room to fit a pack n play next to the bed in the bedroom. There are only 4 units that share the pool and only one other was occupied so it was like having our own pool. The guest portal said it didn’t supply a number of things but it did have enough TP, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, and trash bags for a few days. The walk to the beach was not too bad, it is very close to the public access 13, but that sandy path of the access is not the easiest to walk on. Someone with walking difficulties would not want to do it. Overall a great stay, would stay there again if we come back!

The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast. Everything was clean. The pool was great if anything it was a tad too warm. They came and cleaned it twice over the week. The beach is really a 5 minutes walk and it is one of the best beaches with little kids. This place is highly recommended (disclaimer: we are low maintenance).

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience here was good. We loved the location and being steps away from the beach! It was nice that there was equipment there for us to use also. Other reviews were pretty accurate - we were on the bottom floor and any steps/movement at all from above were heard pretty loudly. Luckily it was empty upstairs for most of our stay. I would definitely recommend staying upstairs, but the trade off is that you don't have the open/easy access to the pool without going outside and around the building. It was pretty to sit out back by the pool at night. It was also very difficult to get in touch with anybody from the property management for any issues - they did not return phone calls or emails.

Thanks for staying. Guests MUST at least GLANCE at the information provided up tp 6 weeks prior to arrival regarding the property and check-in. This will guarantee an issue free and pleasant stay. These guests were calling the bike rental company we partnered with to get their unit access information at 1am in the No phone calls or emails were received otherwise except for one email 1 week prior to their arrival which was answered in 23 minutes. There are multiple ways of contacting us 1) Mobile app sends message directly to the appropriate person 2) Email 24/7 3) phone M-S 9 - 4. They also had an issue with the refrigerator which we had maintenance out within minutes of receiving the maintenance request as he was in the immediate area.

Very disappointed

We gave a 2 because it’s a great location . We have done many vrbos and B&B’s and the minute we walked in there was a musty smell. Mildew on the pillows really bad stains on the chair and had to put a pillow case down to sit! We then proceed to go into bedroom and there was other people underwear from the stay before on the floor in the closet. The tv didn’t work in bedroom the light didn’t work in bedroom . The iron didn’t work the coffee pot on the bottom was so burnt. We went to make breakfast and the pan was not usable at all. It had old eggs from guest before and pan was brunt. These are all things that should of been taken care of before we got there. There was this pool in backyard that had so much debris in it. ( I get the weather was bad). Have someone come and take care of it. But my husband and I couldn’t believe that there wasn’t one seasoning , salt and pepper. Nothing! Every vrbo we have been to had all condiments and guest would replenish if used. .. it was a disappointment. Then to top it off this morning the Ac stopped working and the battery died so we couldn’t even try to turn it back on. It needs a lot of TLC

Nice place

Only thing that could if been better would be if the pool was cleaner good location close to beach and restaurants and bars.

Thanks for staying. Pool is serviced twice per week. There were storms 2 out of the 3 nights this person stayed.
