While the condo does not have a river view, it’s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.

No pets and no smoking
No parties or daytime guests
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (includes children)
Primary renter must be 25+ and must stay at the property
Renter’s ID & credit card required at check-in or via email
Electronic rental agreement must be signed before arrival
Outdoor areas (driveways/parking) may be monitored by video camera per city & HOA policy
This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.
