Similar to our other location, you will be minutes from Creekside Shopping Center, Historical Gruene, restaurants, entertainment as well as rivers and Canyon Lake! Inside the home, you can enjoy time with your family or friends cooking or just hanging out. The home is also equipped with an office space and Wifi for business needs as well as movie room to lounge and watch your favorite movie or show on a large screen TV. The house was wonderful. It is very spacious with what I would call a bonus lounging room upstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Loved the pillow topper on the bed in the king room. Will be getting one for my house. The water pressure was great. It is close to everything we wanted to do. It is absolutely perfect for small to large families. I would definitely book again. The only thing we had trouble with was seeing the house number the first night as the tree was over it. Besides that it was great!

Overall it was fine. There were some issues a couple of times with the ac but the hosts were very communicative and quick to fix it. The beds were really comfortable! If you’re just wanting a place to sleep comfortably it works great! That’s all we wanted. There’s not much else to do otherwise in the house. Two TVs but between the seven of us we’d rather go out and experience the town.

The place was really nice and clean. Bedsheets were clean complimentary coffee. They had pots pans cups and two living rooms with boardgames. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very nice and accommodating and would definitely stay again in the future. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Our family had plans to eat and shop in Gruene, float the Guadalupe river, and eat at Clear Springs, and the location of this house was absolutely perfect. The upstairs extra room for movies and hanging out was great for our group of 7. The house was spacious and well-stocked. We appreciated the generous perks like full size toiletries, hand soap, and extra dish soap and trash bags.Appliances like a Ninja coffee maker and fancy fridge with built-in water filter and nugget ice maker were also nice luxuries!We loved the surprise of two bags of complimentary Black Rifle Freedom Roast coffee! The host Elizabeth was helpful and responded quickly to a question.

This house is actually larger than advertised. There's a game room upstairs which is essentially a 5th bedroom. With air mattresses you can easily sleep 10 people in the house. It was clean, check in was easy, and everything worked. The location is great and close to everything in New Braunfels and Greune. It's a quiet location in a neighborhood. My only complaint was the trash hadn't been emptied. So we had to take the bag out within 30 minutes. And there weren't any additional trash bags. Luckily we brought one with us that we were going to use for our dirty clothes.

Very roomy

Lots of space in this house and great, fast communication with Elizabeth the host. Could use another couch/love seat/chair in the downstairs living room. Upstairs carpeting is dated, but house was clean and perfect for our quick one night stay.

Great location for our purpose. Our kids were at camp that week and it was nearby. The house was pretty much as advertised. Sparsely decorated. Needs some maintenance. But was what we needed. Good for the price. The owners were very responsive. The internet was down and they got it fixed promptly. We needed some extra toilet paper and garbage bags. They got them to us quickly.

Very comfortable, especially for sleeping.

Great property for a large group or family with kids, giving privacy of separate rooms. The kitchen and dining area are perfect size for a large group. There's an upstairs and downstairs living area, giving options for people to watch different things on TV. The house numbers weren't very noticeable, which was a little confusing, but nothing we couldn't get through. There was an issue with the TV and internet, but the host addressed it and fixed it almost immediately. Great host. Would stay here again if in the area.
