HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN !!!

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer atemberaubenden, mediterranen Wohnanlage mit tropischen Gärten und Seen, die einen schönen Pool und ein funktionales Clubhaus umgibt (voll ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, Billardtisch, Tischfußball, Minibibliothek, Partyraum mit Bar und Kamin).

Das komfortable, schön, neu eingerichtete Eigentumswohnung Haus hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, Bad, übergroßen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und noch größeren begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einen weiteren großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer sind neben dem zweiten Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Alle Möbel, Betten, Matratzen, Bettwäsche sind neu gekauft haben, haben Ende 2010. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier und grenzt an die große Küche mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Brand new Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle waren gerade installiert. Die Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in ihrem eigenen Wirtschaftsraum entfernt.

Great location.

This unit was very ordinary, but equipped with all one needed. The greatest asset was the location - close to beaches and good restaurants. The complex was safe and well maintained. We felt the pool and lounge chairs were inadequate for the size of the complex. Hard to get a chair. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay in Fort Myers

I just stayed at this condo for the past 4 months. When I first walked in, it immediately exceeded my expectations. It is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are in a home. The living room is extra large and has a big "L" shaped leather couch which is great for watching the 42" tv. There are 3 bedrooms. The master and the second bedroom both have queen beds. The master has it's own full bathroom and also a TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath between the other two bedrooms. There is plenty of closet and drawer space in each room. There are even fishing poles you can use. The kitchen is very well stocked and I usually cooked every night. There is a community pool which is very nice. Lots of chairs. Recently, I believe they regulated the temp so that it is refreshing when you get in the pool. Publix is about a 5 minute walk (use the back gate and ask for the code to get back in). There is a Super Target that has a Starbucks in it. There's a local coffee shop at the corner of Beachwalk and San Carlos. There's a good sport's bar called Ron Dao's and they make pretty good pizza. There's a great microbrewery called Point Ybel on San Carlos blvd that has live music several nights of the week. All of this is in walking distance to this condo. A couple of other good places to eat are McGregor's on McGregor Blvd, Cape Cod Fish and Marko's diner. For ice cream, go to the Love Boat on San Carlos blvd. My local hangout is Dixie Fish Co before you go over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. Fort Myers beach is about 5 miles away. It's an easy bike ride. It is very easy to get to Sanibel too. Two good beaches on Sanibel are Lighthouse Beach and Bowman's beach. If you go to Ft Myers Beach, it's worth heading south to get away from crowded Times Square. I like to go to Beach Access 17 where there is a shelter and bathrooms. If you like to cook, there's a good fish stand on McGregor Blvd as you are heading towards Sanibel. Try the Florida Hogfish. I stayed in this complex two years ago and wanted to stay again since I liked the area. I was lucky to find this great condo. I highly recommend it.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr gepflegte Anlage des gehobenen Standards. Gärtnerisch schön angelegte Anlage mit großen Seen und Palmen. An dem großen Pool und angrenzenden Fitnessraum kann man sich gut entspannen. Vom Flughafen Fort Myers in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden Fort Myers und Sanibel fährt man ca.15 Minuten. Die Supermärkte (Puplix, Target) und auch einige Restaurants sind Fussläufig zu erreichen. In der gepflegten und saubere Wohnung fühlt man sich gleich wie zuhause. Die Matratzen in den Betten sorgen für einen guten Schlaf ohne Rückenschmerzen. In der fast neuen Küche, sogar mit einen Ceranfeld Herd, ist mit viel Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen ausgestattet. Alles im allem kann man sagen, sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, Strandnahe, saubere gut ausgestattete Wohnung und gepflegte Anlage.

Great Stay at Robert's Condo

I really enjoyed my one month stay at Robert's condo. My daughter's family and grandkids were able to join me for one week and liked the place as well. Great communication with the owner, as they were replacing the roofs during my stay. There were no issues during the roof replacement. The condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pictures online are accurate. The Gardens at Beachwalk complex was also very appealing with a beautiful pool and a nice clubhouse area. The complex is centrally located approximately 10 minutes from the beach, with a Super Target and Publix within one mile. I would absolutely stay here again, and can highly recommend Robert's condo for a great family vacation spot.

Location is great but the condo itself is in need of some tlc. Very dated and a bit shabby.

When we first arrived, the condo looked clean but smelled musty and on further inspection we found mold on the window sills in all room. I called about this right away. The owner had the property manager arrange for the carpets to be cleaned and as well she came over and got rid of the mold. Even after the carpets were cleaned there was still a musty smell. It is a good sized 3 bedroom Condo however it’s in desperate need of updating. Veneer coming off some of the cabinets, original faucets and sink. Furniture has seen better days, although the sectional is comfortable the other furniture is very worn. Window Screen in the master bedroom was torn and the blinds not great at keeping parking lot lights out. Although we were aware that 2 beds were queen size (a king in the master would be much nicer) they were not very comfortable for us.. very firm. It was nice to have two bathrooms in the unit when we had family stay and the pool area is very nice. We have stayed at Gardens at Beachwalk previously and like the area and convenience of the location. Close to beaches and restaurants. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend this particular unit at the price requested until some TLC has been put into it. I let the property manager know that we were leaving 5 days early and said we would be happy to provide feedback about the unit directly if they were interested. They weren’t.

Hi Cathie, Thank you for your detailed review. We clean carpets regularly as it’s a rental property and we’ve had extra cleanup as per your request. It is Florida so musty smell happens when condo is not being used for some time – just needed to be aired. Most of our guests prefer firm matresses – I’m sorry it wasn’t to your liking. I thinking we were more than accommodating – we’ve brought extra pack’n’play as per your request and we ordered extra cleaning crew for you. We have just replaced the AC unit, which will for sure help with musty smell. We’ve contacted previous renters, as per your request, if they would like to stay longer and cover some cost as you were planning on coming week or so later than your original check in date. Not sure why you also left earlier. I’ve never received feedback request. We don’t think condo is in “desperate need of updating” – we do plan on replacing kitchen cabinets very soon. I invite everyone to see the recent video from the apartment included in the description.

Great place! Setup extremely well, felt like home!

This condo is a very warm welcoming place to stay. It was home to me for a couple months and I was always happy to come home. It’s also much larger than you think! Very close to beaches and Sanibel Island, grocery store, gym and restaurants. It was always quiet and low-key. The owner was very nice and was happy to share fishing and beach equipment that he leaves there. It is on the 2nd floor but I could rarely hear the neighbors. Great place. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

The Gardens at Beachwalk

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. (Especially the DVR!) Beachwalk is a convenient location in that is it close to: beaches (10 minutes unless you get caught in the traffic), restaurants, Planet Fitness, grocery stores, Ft. Myers downtown (10 minutes), etc. Robert and Rita were great to work with and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Ft. Myers. Great Vacation!

What a fabulous condo and a great vacation! Beautifully decorated and spacious, private and updated! The condo view and place was outstanding! This Condo is fantastic- decorated tastefully, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Very clean, easy access, friendly people, great Keys, minutes to Sanibel Island, all in all, one of the best vacations our family has ever had. Great Condo, Great Owner!

Definitely recommended!!!

Awesome place! Condo exactly as described with everything you need for short or long stay. Comfortable beds, TV in the bedroom, sunny den with area for laptop. Apartment seems to be freshly painted. Gardens at Beachwalk is very beautiful, Mediterranean style gated community with great swimming pool, club house, pool table etc. Owners and agency advised us about local shopping centers, activities and attractions – many thanks. Planning on staying again here – will definitely recommend to my friends.

Wonderful!!!

Beautiful condo, great location, can't wait to return. Owners had more than everything we needed furnished. We liked Gardens at Beachwalk so much that we recommended it to a friend who is staying Jan. and Feb.
