The first thing you'll see when you walk in is the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the loft area complete with a comfortable bed, additional seating space, a desk in case you need to work remote, and a reading nook by the front window. There's a full bathroom off the loft as well. Downstairs, the main living areas have an open floor plan and feel very spacious with the soaring ceilings that are open to the loft above. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads right into the fully stocked kitchen which is ready for you to make a home cooked meal. There's bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula to enjoy dinner in. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as a 2nd full bathroom with large, walk-in shower. There's a washer and dryer in the primary bathroom for your use as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home and front porch. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you can use everything in the house. There is a second rental unit at the back of the house, but they have a completely separate entrance so there are no shared spaces.

Parking is available on the street in front of the house, but please don't block the surrounding driveways.
