This newly renovated beach house is located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Just a short, walk or drive, to our beautiful coastline, the house allows you to enjoy our areas most desired beach - Surfside! At the property, you will enjoy the patio area, yard, along with the water view - an ideal spot for peaceful relaxation or family gatherings! On top of that, you will notice stunning upgrades throughout the home - making this the ideal spot for a luxurious family beach vacation.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway/under house parking. No street parking allowed.



Entry: Self check-in with keypad. Use of stairs is required to access the main areas of this property.



Living Area: Spacious seating area, sleeper sofa, and Roku smart TV! Perfect for the whole family.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine that can use cups or filters. Extra kitchen amenities include... Air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, BBQ equipment, 2nd ice maker in freezer of refrigerator.

Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached full bathroom. Roku TV. Private balcony!

Televisions: All TVs have streaming - Roku!



Beach: Short walk to a beach access. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand is located on the front of the home.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves (other than locked owners closets).

This beach house is located in Surfside Beach, SC - which makes for a perfect family vacation.

🌊 The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 5.1 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have the private driveway and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.



**There is a ring doorbell at the front door**



Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 12.



2 pets max - $150 fee.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
