Amazing time

Had an amazing time. Condo was clean and had everything you could need. The kids loved the pool with water slides and the club house as well. Close to all Disney attractions. Would definitely return for another vacation.

Space for family near the parks

This place worked great for us. We had room for our family, it was close to the Disney parks, and the pool was not too crowded. The clubhouse has good amenities. The A/C broke while we were there, but maintenance got right on it and fixed it before we went to bed.

Not bad

We would give the management company an A+ and the owner a C. The location was excellent and the management company was very responsive. The condo was nice but could use some upgrading. Two of the stovetop burners did not work, the light above the dining table would not turn on and there were small gouges in the kitchen countertops and bedroom end tables. Most things were pretty low end. It would be nice to have pool towels. The condo is very close to the pool. Nothing here to shout about. Bed was comfortable. Condo was roomy. Just needs a little love and care.

Fantastic!

We loved staying here. There were tiny ants in the kitchen when we arrived and the property manager quickly responded and took care of the problem while we were at Disney. Laundry, dishwasher, toaster, microwave all worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool, although hot tub jets didn't work well and we were never on site when the water slides were operating. We will definitely be back if we make it to Florida again. We'll definitely

Older Condo with few updates

Condo is inexpensive and convenient to amenities, so you can't ask for much. However, if you plan on using this for anything more than sleeping, I would look elsewhere. Three out of the four burners on the range work. There are two microwaves mostly due to the fact that the 1994 one over the range no longer works. The Play Station 3 in the kids bedroom is a nice surprise. If it had games located in the condo, it may actually be usable. The fantastic Dynex TV in the main living room has an issue with the input button so you will be in the middle of watching a TV program and it will just scroll to another input. Most of the TV's have multiple remotes, some have batteries, others do not. Some of the dresser cabinets are damaged or warped from over use. Garbage disposal gave out while we were there and it was fixed promptly. Trash from the previous tenant sat outside our front door most of the week until we took it to the dumpster. The large swimming pool and other community amenities are great. I would just find someplace else to stay if you need to do anything more than sleeping.

family get away finally

The condo was situated in a great spot. The rooms were everything we needed for our family. The kitchen could use more cooking accessories (ie baking sheet), stove is a little dated and the keurig was a little outdated. But over all it was great!!

Love this property. So many amenities. If I had one compliant it was the Keurig machine. It was an antique and very confusing to use.

Great Property and Location

My stay was great. Two comfortable weeks went by very quickly. The property was clean, nicely furnished very accessible. The resort has a great pool area. The location was perfect for visiting Disney. Shopping and dining was also very close. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Our rental was comfortable and allowed us to feel at home, while we were traveling.

Nice overall property, would stay there again. Only negative was the parking pass check in. Other than that, great experience.

The condo for the week was a great price, but they always say you get what you pay for. Definitely needs some updating. Carpets needs to be replaced as they were stained and dirty. The floors and baseboards could be cleaned better as well. We didn’t enjoy the visit from the giant cockroach, but they came out the next day to assess and then The following day they came to spray. The condo was good for what we needed it for and that was pretty much to shower and sleep. We love Windsor hill as it’s close to the parks and has a nice pool area. Also like how close it is to the Walmart.
