Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms across two floors accommodate up to 12 guests with seven comfortable beds. One bedroom and one bathroom sit on the ground level, while four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs, offering flexibility for families and multi‑generational groups.



Living spaces

The central living area offers ample seating for conversation, movie nights, or a quiet pause between outings. Air conditioning and heating keep the indoor climate comfortable year‑round, and Wi‑Fi and a TV support both entertainment and remote work needs.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen stands ready for any culinary adventure, from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners. The adjoining dining area makes it easy to gather around the table, share stories, and enjoy meals together before heading out to the parks.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio and dip into the pool, a perfect spot to cool off on warm Florida afternoons. Pool heat is available as an option for cooler evenings. A BBQ grill and seating area provide another venue for outdoor meals and relaxed conversation without leaving the property.

Beyond your private pool, the Windsor at Westside resort offers shared access to a community pool, lazy river, water slides, splash area, hot tub, gym, and a clubhouse with arcade games, bar, and lounge. Sports courts and picnic areas add extra ways to stay active and have fun on‑site.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home sits near major roads, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within an easy drive, making the property a practical base for exploring the area while returning to a comfortable retreat each day.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
