Had 7 adult males all had a very comfortable stay, many restaurants and sport bars with great food in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The decor and furnishings were comfortable. We had room for all guests but did not want to be separated. The beds are comfortable. The location to many of the attractions in Nashville was perfect. Many restaurants within walking distance to the units. The stairs in the units are challenging for some of the guests. Parking options are great. Overall, I would stay again!!

The place was very nice, it is on a very busy street with lots of noise at night. There were way too many steps for a group of senior ladies. Never showed a picture of that many steps. The other thing that would have been really nice is to have a doorway going from one unit to the next. They were right next door to each other and could have been really nice to have a door to just go back and forth.

Very spacious for the 13 of us. Location was perfect; ubering was easy and we could walk to Nissan stadium. Many restaurants in the area along with grocery stores all within walking distance

Great Location for Family Visit

We enjoyed our visit to Nashville and this apartment helped make it a pleasant visit. The location is walkable to a ton of restaurants and bars, and just a short drive to down Nashville and Broadway. The decor and setup of the house was great-spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our group

We were very happy with our entire stay -- the units were exactly like the pictures and well configured for our group, and the neighborhood was lively with plenty of bars and restaurants! We'd definitely book again if we come back to Nashville.

Adult weekend in Nashville

This property is about 2 1/2 miles from Broadway in a “hipster” neighborhood (also across the street from the high school Oprah attended.) Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The condos had everything we needed and are a great option for couples looking for a place with king and queen beds including some ensuites versus a lot of the VRBOs that are designed with bachelor and bachelorette parties in mind. Avant Stay was extremely responsive, and I would book again with them for sure.
